• We will post all flags in opaque, strong mailer bags to reach you in tip top condition
• Our post is collected twice daily, ensuring a rapid service
• We aim to keep all flags in stock at all times
• We offer a no-quibble refund on any flags that you are not happy with, just return to us within 7 days in original condition
• We are VAT registered, to save on paper, and workload, we only offer a receipt on request at time of purchase. If required we prefer to send an electronic copy, but a paper copy will never be refused
