 Q: Is your listing price final? Can I send you my best offer?
  A: If you see a "Make Offer" button in the listing, feel free to submit your best offer. If there is a "Buy It Now" button only - sorry, we will not accept any offers for this item.
 Q: I want to see your merchandise a person, do you have a showroom available?
  A: Sorry, we do not provide a local pick-up and do not have a showroom available. For security reasons (in order to have all tracking information) we ship items only. There are no exceptions, sorry.

 Q: What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
  A: If your order is to be delivered by UPS, FEDEX or USPS, please examine contents before signing acceptance and recover any package damage if there is some. If contents inside are damaged, refuse delivery and don't sign the delivery ticket. Once you sign for the shipment, it is your responsibility to file a claim.
 Q: What is your return policy?

Therefore, we are able to accept for returns only unworn items in the same condition as they were shipped. We can only refund merchandise that is shipped out back by you within 30 days of the delivery date. We have NO RESTOCKING FEE!

  A: Yes, we do combine shipments, so you can SAVE on shipping charges. You will only pay for shipping of 1 item, other ones will be FREE.
