Q: When will you ship my item?
A: We usually ship our parcels 1 business days following your payment. In case there is a problem, we will contact you.

A: We give 20% discount for combined shipping. If you want to buy more items, please write us an email with the quantity of each items, we’ll make you an interesting offer.
Q: Is there a tracking number?
A: If you choose a standard shipping service, there is NO tracking number. The tracking number is available only for Express shipping service. Please be patient. It’ll take about 20 days to arrive for a standard shipping service.
Q: Did you ship my item?
A: We always send an email when an item is shipped. This email goes directly to your mail box (not through ebay) so it is very important that you check your spam folder in case you don't see our message.
