RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF GOODS
Return or exchange of items will gladly be accepted if the product is faulty, unfit for purpose or does not match the sample or description.
We will offer you a repair, exchange or refund.
Some items will require the manufacturers confirmation of fault before processing.
Return or exchange of electrical items will attract stricter guidelines based upon third party (supplier) constraints on Accessories Online.
None of these restraints will breach your legal rights.
Where a manufacturer offers a money back guarantee, this will normally involve you sending the product back directly to the manufacturer, who will process the refund themselves.

Right of refusal for the return or exchange of products is at the discretion of Accessories Online, except where the Trade Practices Act of Australia makes allowance. ,
A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to returned goods if you simply have “changed your mind” within 14 days.
Items (except in an extended warranty situation) must be returned in original packaging with all instruction manuals and accessories included.
Delivery or Postage costs are non-refundable.

CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
No Pick Up service available
We use Australia Post to ship most items.
WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SELECTING REGISTERED POST.
The goods shall be at the customers risk from the time and date of dispatch.
The customer shall be liable for all loss and damage if Registered Post or insurance is not taken at the time of purchase.
Most items are dispatched 1-7 days from payment clearance and up to 10 working days for custom-made seat covers and floor mats.
(Usually much quicker though)
No weekends or after-hours delivery is available.
Please check your parcel for damage before signing/accepting delivery.
All claims for damaged or missing goods must be filed with the carrier concerned –do not open the parcel–
Please advise the carrier and us immediately if you suspect that the goods are damaged.
Delivery / postage costs are non-refundable.
Charges resulting from ‘Return to Sender’ parcels due to Buyer providing an incorrect address will need to be paid for before the item can be resent.
Please ensure your Ebay account has your current address.
