Postage Information
As a general rule parcels are despatched within 3 business days of receiving cleared payment (with the exception of personalised items) and can take anywhere up to 8 days to arrive, depending on your location. If we are out of stock of an items we will notify you via email and the item will be posted within 28 days or you can have a refund on that item.
If you have not received your parcel after 7 business days please email so we can track it down for you. In some instance the parcel will be at you local post office awaiting collection and you may not have had a card in your letterbox.
Your order will be despatch to Australia Posts E-Parcel network or fastway courier service. A signature will be required on delivery for both of these methods so it may be a good idea to leave your work address or a friend’s address who can sign for you.
Most of our items are sent via traceable mail but smaller less expensive items you have the option to choose. If you do not choose registered mail and your parcel does not arrive we will not be held responsible and will not refund or send out more items at our expense.
Postal days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday and we do not offer express postage.

Combined Postage - Please email for a total before using the pay now feature as items cannot be combined after this point. No exceptions. If you are unsure please email us first.
Pickup - Not Available
Shipping & Handling - Not negotiable.
Returned Packages - Reshipment costs will be due if package is returned to us for an invalid address.
Address - Please review during checkout. Addresses that are emailed to us will not be used under any circumstance.
Damanged items - Please contact us if an item is broken in transit. We will refund the cost of the broken items but cannot send out replacements.
Missing items - If items are missing or incorrectly packed in your order then our policies state that you will receive a refund for those items. We do not send the missing items due to the high postage costs. When posting over 200 parcel a day mistakes can happen from time to time
Colors - Color shades will change from time to time due to different dyes & manufacture. We cannot guarantee color shades will always be the same as your previous purchases or items
