Q: Can I exchange if I select the wrong size?
A: You can exchange for any size available in the listing. The buyer is liable for return postage. We must be contacted within 7 days for an exchange and goods must be in an unused condition.
Q: Can you help me select my size?
A: If you send us your measurements, we are able to assist in selecting the best size for you. Please see our “how to measure” page at the top of our eBay store to accurately measure yourself
Q: What if my size isn’t available?
A: We can order in any size that isn’t listed as available. Larger sizes incur an additional fee. We can also order in “made to fit” sizes (made according to your measurement), this service costs more than standard sizing, as a new pattern has to be made for you.
Q: The measurements on the chart seem bigger than normal, Why?
A: The measurements are taken from the outside of the garments. You need to consider the lining, the armour and spacing. If you need help finding the right size, please email us your measurements
Q: Can I try on before I buy?
A: As this is a home based business, we allow customer to pick up and try on by prearranged appointment only, please email us if you would like to try on. Please contact us before purchasing.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: When purchasing more than one item, please contact us to let us know. The item with the cheaper postage will have half price postage for combined purchases.
Q: Do you offer discounts for buying multiple items?
A: Our starting prices and our BuyItNow prices are very competitive. We can offer a fixed postage rate for customers purchasing 4 or more items together.
Q: Is this listing for any size? Do we select our size at the end?
A: Due to eBay policy, we can only offer one size per listing, the size will be stated at the top of the listing. If you require another one of our available sizes, please check our eBay store or contact us so we can arrange a listing for you.
Q: I won the listing for size Small, if Large is available can I have it instead?
A: No, eBay only allows us to list one size per listing. If you would like a different size, please bid on the other listing. (if you have already placed a bid on the wrong size, please email us, we can cancel or you).
Q: I can see there are other colours on the item I won, how do I select the colour I want?
