PAYMENT

Full payment should be made within 7 business days from the close of auction.
If payment is not received within 14 business days after the auction close, AUSWORLD ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE reserve the right to re-list the item again. A non paying bidder alert will be filed against you and negative feedback will be left

SHIPPING & HANDLING (S&H)

Buyer have to pay for Shipping & Handling (S&H) fees
Once we received full payment of the purchase, order will be shipped out via AustPost within 2 - 7 business days
For money order or cheque payment, please allow at least 3 working days to clear up the payment before the order shipment
Estimated delivery times within Australia is 2 - 7 business days after the item leave our warehouse
S&H Fees are calculated based on the table shown below
To be eligible for discounted combine shipping shown above, all items must be made & paid in 1 similar order
Insurance is optional. We would recommend our customer to include only AU$2.50 flat rate for insurance

If you have any queries regarding this, please contact your local tax office before placing a bid. All goods are shipped from Australia and would need to pass through your country's custom department
If the shipment is returned to us and it is a clear error by the buyer for whatever reason, we expect the buyer to pay the cost of the repeated S&H cost BEFORE attempting to ship again. AUSWORLD ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE will only cover the second delivery charge when the error is made by AUSWORLD ENTERTAINMENT CENTRE

RETURNS
All the purchase are non-returnable and non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective or incorrectly ship
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us your eBay ID, Item Number & the product condition within 14 days of delivery to obtain an authorization for returns. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded
If we authorize a return, we will provide you with an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for sending the damaged or defective items to us
These damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped
All items/returns that are defective (manufacturing faulty) or incorrectly shipped must be ship back to us within 14 days from the date of you receive our RMA number. Please send the items along with your eBay ID and RMA number
We will examine the product to see if it is result of an unexpected error/faulty as per your description
Once the return has been approved, we will ship you a replacement for the item(s) via regular post only
Compensation for the shipping costs will be provided by the issue of a coupon to shop in our store. No compensation for shipping costs will be provided for other methods of shipment such as Air Mail, Courier services, Express Mail or Next Day Delivery services
If the package was returned by a shipping method other than regular/registered post, Ausworld reserves the right to decide on the amount of shipping refund provided based on the cost of a regular post shipment. Please note that for all returned products, we will verify the condition before sending out a replacement or authorizing an exchange
If the order is refused, returned due to insufficient address, incorrect address, unclaimed or does not have a reason enclosed, there will be a 10% restocking on the sales price or AU$3.50 (whichever is greater). We will also deduct any postage we incur as a result of an item being returned for the above reasons

STOCK AVAILABILITY
Most of the items should be available on our warehouse. Few items might be out of stock due to the strong demand within a short period of time. Usually we will refill our stock within 2 - 7 working days. We are not responsible if an item goes out of stock due to out of production, in this event, we will refund the full amount to you |
