How long will it take for my strings to arrive?
A:
Your strings will be mailed on the day you order or the next
business day (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).
Orders are shipped using
Australia Post for a very speedy
delivery time. Please allow up to 15 working days (normally 3-4
days) for delivery.

Where do you get the strings from?
A:
We import the strings directly from the USA, all packaging and
printing is done right here in Australia.
Q:
Can I pick up the strings from your office?
A:
I'm sorry but we do not allow pick ups of any sort.

Are you sure it's safe to put my credit card details online?
A:
This is the most common way to purchase. It is also extremely safe
as we use the most up to date encryption technology available
online today.
