Mick, I've now tried both the Electric and Acoustic strings,
and they stand up to any major brand I've ever used,
including my beloved Martin brand and GHS bright bronze, and
I'm one of those guys who sweats a bit, and I like to change
strings for every show anyway. Cost has always been a
bug-bear in the past, and while there's plenty of deals
out there at varying prices, I've found the non-premium
brands to be crap in the extreme. Not so in this case! These ARE
premium strings!! Six sets of Bronze wound Acoustics set me
back under $40, which included express postage. Now that's
cheap! You have a great product, as I said before, I
can't fault 'em, and to the guitar players.... he
don't need to endorse anyone, as the prices are unbeatable
and the service is superb.....well worth a try, and if you
can find better quality at Mick's prices, then you are
probably gettin' em for free."

The
ultimate test of a string for me is on my Gretsch because apart
from doing a lot of string bending, I'm a bigsby (vibrato arm)
nut. Now this wears out strings much quicker than normal
(intonation goes). Lately I have been using Austrings and
they last just as long as any others I've tried, but only cost
me a quarter of the price! It might sound too good to be true
but I do a lot of studio work and I'm pretty fussy, and like to
replace my strings every time I record, so it works out much
better all round!"

I've
used probably every make of string out there over the last 20
years and the further I go the more I realise that good strings
are good strings - full stop. What makes the difference is how
much you pay for the damn things. Austrings are the same quality
USA made strings I'm used to but at a fraction of the price.
Whenever I need a set, I just grab one off the pile. It's been a
long time since I ran to the local music shop to get my guitar
strings I can assure you.

G'day
Mick, Greg here, I have tried the Phosphor Bronze 13's and
am very impressed i would put them right up there with the
PhosBronze Dean Markley signature series, which are one of the
best on the market, but are alot more expensive than your gr8
products, as well as being an Aussie company that all us muso's
should support. I have and will continue to spread the word in
my Guitar community about these Gr8 value high quality Aussie
products . Keep up the good work.

Hi,
I just put your strings on my new Fender Standard Tele 1960
Anniversary model and Mayer Signature Fender Stratocaster.
Both replacements for my old guitars. Strings sound incredibly
good, very good rhythm playing and great sustain on leads, not
sharp on the bottom strings either which I don't want. I can't
wait for my new acoustic guitar to arrive to try your
acoustic strings. Great product, keep it up.

few months on the road with Adam Harvey, as well as other
shows with various artists such as Travis Sinclair, Felicity
Urquhart and Beccy Cole. I use 10-46's on my Electrics &
12-54's on my Acoustics and I find ‘AUSTRINGS’ to be great
sounding (brighter in top end & punchier in bottom end than
most other strings I have used), long lasting and most of all VERY

I
never get much life out of any set of strings.....ever. My sweat
just eats them up ! SO....... a good quality set of extremely
cheap strings is a GOD send. AUStrings are great!! It's great
to buy from a long time mate of mine. Big Mick you rock son

I have been
using AUStrings on my mandolin (Washburn F-5),
for about 4 months now, and the tonal quality is easily as good
as any of the top priced brands, and about a quarter of the
price!! I've also been using the phosphor
bronze acoustic guitar strings for flat-picking and bluegrass
guitar, and once again, being a professional musician it always
costs money, they beat any competition hands
down. A company owned by a musician, always knows how
to help musicians!

In the heat and humidity of India, playing
6 nights a
week, my strings were still holding their brightness and sustain
night after night. The conditions in India were the ultimate
test for strings, and these held up like you wouldn't believe!! Well

Hello austrings, The strings were actually a gift for my
husband who was not here in Adelaide when the strings arrived
(amazingly quickly!) so I have been waiting to hear his verdict

Someone told me
about your strings but I couldn't believe what I was hearing so
I had to check it out for myself. WOW. I ordered the Electric
10-46 strings a couple of weeks ago and since
I've had them on my guitars I couldn't be happier. Now I can
change my strings whenever I want and don't have to worry about
my wallet!!

Hi
Austrings, let me start by saying thank you for the very
fast delivery. I've been using Ernie Ball strings for the
last 5 years or so now, and I have to say I really
can't tell the difference between yours and their strings. I
do know one difference though and that is the price! I
change my strings every couple of shows and with a saving of
$16 per set this sure comes in handy. I'll be back.
