| A:If the item is significantly not as described I offer a 7-day return policy, full details of which can be read in the Terms and Conditions under the listing. |

| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:For auction items, no. For Buy It Now items I am happy to combine shipping as per the details which can be read in the Terms and Conditions under the listing. |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |
|
| A:I use Australia Post for all my shipping, local and international. Unfortunately I have no control over shipping times but I have found that parcels within Australia tend to arrive in 3-10 days and internationally in 6-21 days. Sometimes delays can occur at Customs for international shipments. |

| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Local and international charges to all countries are always stated in the listing. |

| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Absolutely yes! You will see a map with each listing which shows all the countries I have previously shipped to. There are some countries to which I will not ship and you can see a list of these in the Terms & Conditions. |

| Q:Is the instruction book included? |

| A:Only if specifically shown in the images or described in the listing. |

| Q:I paid quickly; why haven't you left feedback already? |
|
| A:My systems are fully automated and set to respond immediately on receipt of positive feedback for the buyer. |

| Q:Are lens caps included? |
|
| A:Not unless specifically mentioned in the description or shown in the images. Apart from what you read and see, please avoid disappointment by not assuming that anything else is included. |

| Q:I live near you. Can I pick it up? |

| A:I'm sorry I cannot offer a pickup service under any circumstances. All shipments are sent by Australia Post. |

| Q:I know postage is only $5 so why are you charging $11? |
|
| A:Every item has an average handling/packaging charge of $6-$10 (sometimes more) added to the actual postage cost. This is explained in more detail in the Terms & Conditions under the listing. |
