RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day returns policy with NO QUESTION AKED if item is not suitable (Excluding not refundable products).

Return item must be in new original condition. Please contact us if you wish to organise the return/exchange. Our friendly customer service team will guide you through the whole return exchange process.

To process and order from our store, you must agree on our store policy. Please contact us if any concern.

  • Exchanges & postage:
    Exchanges are subject to stock availability so please email us the item you want to exchange with, we can then reserve the replacement and confirm it in reply. Buyer is responsible for all the postage for exchange purpose.

  • Refund & restocking fee:
    In order to offer exceptional value and competitive prices to our customers, we offer free or discounted postage for some products (we pay to send them). If you choose to return your item, a restocking fee is to be deducted from purchase price. The restocking fee is only limited to the actual postage cost involved to send your original order. The deduction is also applied for partial purchase refund calculated on proportion. We will advise you the restocking fee amount in the replying email.

  • Faulty products:
    All our garments are quality control checked. However if the garment has a Manufacturer defect without our notice or damaged during the post, we will exchange the item for you immediately. We cover all the cost for such exchange, however we do not cover the cost if you choose to have it fixed yourself.

Refund, Exchange Procedure:

  1. Email us first with your request. We will reply you within 24 hours for arrangement.
  2. Return the package to us. In the case of exchange, you may also need attach a self-addressed pre-paid post satchel or envelop for us to send you the replacement item(s) as buyer is responsible for any postage for exchange purpose.
  3. Please also send it with original invoice or leave a note with your eBay User ID as well as any necessary information.

  5. Keep your Certificate of Postage safe, as you may need this in a case of mail lost.

The colour and picture display...

The picture on the listing has been fine turned in order to as close as possible to the actual item. However the colour appearance can still be vary due to different resolution, monitor and lights condition. If you are using the handhold device, the picture can appears much deeper than usual. We would suggest to use a proper computer for less colour distortion in this case. If the colour is really important to you, you can email us your postal address, we are happy to send you a small piece of sample material (if available). Unfortuantely we are not responsible if the colour is not what you think of under reasonable consideration.

Buying the bridesmaid dresses...

If you are buying the bridesmaids dresses, it is recommended to purchase them in one lot. Sometime the dress colour from different batch can be slightly different depends on the stock. We will notify you when such thing occurred. We can only make sure all bridesmaids dresses are from same batch when they are purchased together or when we know they belong to the same bridesmaid group. If in a case different shade of the dress received because you have purchased them in different transactions, we are happy to assist you for the exchange if stock is available or refund, but the buyer is responsible for all the cost involved.
