Our store policy in return, exchange...
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the dress does not fit or you do not like the item you received, we can offer a refund or exchange with NO QUESTION ASKED (excluding auction item and item is not refundable as stated in individual listing).
- Items must be in new condition with tag and unworn except for try on purpose. A claim must be made via email within 24 hours of receiving and sending back within 3 business days. Any purchase more than 2 weeks is strictly not exchangeable or refundable (no exemption).
- For item with free postage or discount postage, the actual postage cost is deducted from total refund amount in the case of "REFUND". The deduction is base on the actual cost, we do not make any profit on it. The postage deduction is also applied for partial purchase refund calculated on proportion.
- Auction item is not refundable. You can send it back to exchange or keep as store credit. Exchange is limited to size only not different colour or style, otherwise you can exchange to anything you like by paying the price different.
- Postage and handling fee is not refundable as well as insurance cost if there is any. Buyer will pay all the postage for return or exchange purpose.
- We check every dress before sending out. However if the garment has a Manufacturer defect without our notice or damaged during the post, we will send you the replacement at our postage cost (no refund given). We cover all the cost for such exchange, however we do not cover the cost if you choose to have it fixed yourself. We are sorry for the outcome and do our best to help, but we don't hold responsible for your decision. Please understand accident does happen.
All dress is in stock item and can be shipped immediately after payment is cleared. However to avoid disappointment, please order your dress at least a few weeks before your event in case thing goes not as expected. We will not give a refund or take any responsible in the event a garment does not reach you in time for your function or any problem due to the fitting. We provide the best as we can but others can be out of our hands.
The dress colour and picture...
There are endless colour with all different shades, not every colour has a proper name, so the name of the colour may not be the same as the way you name it. However we have done our best to show you the true colour of the dress as well as dress style in detail. All dress picture has been fine turned in order to as close as possible to the real dress (we only do this under bright day light). However it can still be a variation that the dress style and colour is not exactly as what you think of. Specially the dress colour appearance is vary depends on lights condition; different computer monitor can also distort the colour in either way.
If the colour is really important to you, you can email us your postal address, we are happy to send you a small piece of sample material. We are not responsible if the dress style and colour is not what you think of under reasonable consideration.
Buying the bridesmaid dresses...
If you are buying the bridesmaid dresses and require all dress is in exactly same colour. It is recommended to purchase them in one lot or in a short period if possible. Sometime the dress colour from different batch can be slightly different. We can only make sure all bridesmaid dress are from same batch when they are purchased together. If in a case different colour of the dress received because you have purchased them in different time, we are happy to assist you for the exchange if available but the buyer are responsible for the postage cost.
Dress size and fitting...
Dress fitting is not just to do with bust, waist and hips measurement, it can also be effected by your body shape. We would not 100% guarantee the fitting even your bust, waist and hips meets the size chart requirements specially for people with flat chest, hour-glass shape, pear shape... Buying a dress online without trying first is a risk, this is the risk that the buyer decided to take while enjoying the low price more varity online shopping. When problem occurred, we are happy to do our best to help you but we do not hold any responsibility for all related outcome.
We offer combined postage for all purchases within a 7 days period. If you have bought multiple items, please make sure to check out and pay for them together (not individually), the combined postage is calculated automatically, otherwise over paid postage may not be refunded, simply there is more fee involved to have more transactions instead of one. The compulsory insurance cost is included in the combined postage for purchasing 3 or more dresses, therefore no further insurance payment needed.
Refund, Exchange or store credit Procedure:
1). Email us first with your request. We will reply you within 24 hours for arrangement.
2). Post products back to us.
*In the case of exchange, you may also need attach a self-addressed Pre-paid Post Satchel for us to send you the replacement items as buyer is responsible for any postage for exchange purpose.
3). Please also send it with original invoice or leave a note with your eBay User ID as well as any necessary information.
4). We will email you as soon as the return is received, please understand we are not able to track your return parcel, please email us if it has taken longer than expected.
All item must be returned within 3 days (after we send you return/exchange confirmation email), any replacement dress is only reserved for 10 days, otherwise we treat this exchange is cancelled in your end.
If you exchange to different styles, the price different will be either refund if price is low than your first purchase, or you will be required more payment if price is higher than previous.
What is "Store Credit"?
Store credit is only available for people bought "Auction item". If the dress doesn't suit you and size exchange doesn't solve your problem, you can send it back as "Store Credit". Store credit is recorded under your eBay ID, you can use the "store credit" for your new purchase any time.
How to use "Store Credit"?
1). Email us about the "store credit" after you won another item, we will reply you within 24 hours for payment arrangement. Otherwise we wouldn't know you have store credit as each transaction is not connected.
2). You only pay the different between the new cost and "store credit" amount.
