| Q:When will my item ship? |

| A:As per the terms of the auction I ship within 3 business days of payment being received. (Business days exclude weekends and holidays).
I always try to ship faster than 3 business days but please keep in mind I am a one person business so that won't always happen. |
| Q:What is the lowest offer you will acept? |

| A:Please do not email me asking that. If I was to disclose that there would be no point in having a best offer system. If you do not want to use the buy it now option please submit your best, reasonable offer using the "make offer" option on the auction page. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes I do combine shipping if you wait for me to send you a combined invoice. I charge a minimum of $0.50 for each additional accessory or piece of paperwork purchased, $1 for each additional small figure (i.e. Regular sized Gobot, 3 3/4" GI Joe figure or Transformer Minibot) and for larger items it just depends on size. Email me for a full quote. |
| Q:Where is the tracking number? |

| A:I use Paypal click 'n Ship so you are automatically emailed the confirmation number the second I print up the label. That information is also stored on the eBay and Paypal transaction pages. So please check there first before emailing me asking what the delivery confirmation number is. |
| Q:Has my item shipped yet? |

| A:I use Paypal Click 'n Ship so if your item has been shipped you will have automatically been sent an email from Paypal. In addition to that email the delivery confirmation number will be stored on both the eBay & Paypal transaction pages.
So please check those sources to see if your item has been shipped instead of emailing me. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:I only accept returns under very limited circumstances. (I.E. If you are sent the wrong item I will of course accept a return and refund all shipping charges). |

| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:On average I ship twice a week. So most items are shipped within 3-4 days of payment being received (usually faster). After the item is shipped the delivery time depends upon the Post Office. I use online shipping so the tracking information is automatically emailed to you and stored on eBay once the shipping lable is created. |
| Q:What are your payment terms? |

| A:I accept Paypal and will only ship to the actual address on the payment. There are no exceptions to this rule. Please remember that a bid is a binding contract so that means you have agreed to these terms. |
