- Replacement warranty (Return to Base):
All Faulty item can be replaced with full
functional unit after checking process (take up to 20
business day) within warranty period. Buyer has
responsibility to send back the faulty item to Apus
- No Return Basis: item sold as its,
NO return nor refund.
For the BRAND NEW items with Return to Base warranty
(Auction and "Buy it Now" items), Apus Auction Express
provides 14days* replacement service for products that are
"Dead on Arrival", "Damaged in Transit" or "Incorrectly
All events such as physical damage, misuse, unauthorized
repair or tampering with a product may prevent a product
being accepted for return.
Apus Auction Express has no guarantee on product
compatibility unless specified on the item listing. Apus
