eBay Buy it Now / Store Listings: The customer will be responsible for any difference in price as well as any shipping charges incurred, please contact us prior to returning an item for exchange.
eBay Auction: Exchanges can be made on eBay Auction items, however the customer will be charged full price for the new item, and be responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
Please be aware that all items purchased in new condition and then used (even once) are not returnable. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
Every returned item must be accompanied by a valid return authorization number, obtained from our customer service department at (800) 615-8386. To expedite your return, please contact customer service with any questions prior to submitting any returns.
In order to keep our prices so low, we require the following restocking fees on returns: (Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, and shipping charges will not be refunded)
- 15% Restocking Fee for Items Returned or Exchanged Within 7 Days
- 20% Restocking Fee for Items Returned or Exchanged Within 8-15 Days
- 25% Restocking Fee for Items Returned or Exchanged Within 16-30 days
- 40% Restocking Fee for Items Returned or Exchanged Within 31 Days or Longer.
Please Note: Credits are issued in the same form of payment, originally used to purchase item. Credits can be expected within (30) thirty days after an item has been returned, inspected, and found to be in New and Unused condition.
