Payments
- We ONLY accept payment via PayPal. You may use credit cards or e-checks to pay, but they must be processed through PayPal. Please note that e-checks can take up to fifteen (15) business days* to clear and your items will not be shipped until the payment clears.
- All payments must be received within three (3) days of winning the item(s). Failure to send payment in that time will result in the item being re-listed and the opening of an unpaid item dispute with eBay.
- *Business Day - The business day runs from Monday to Friday from 12pm to 5pm, excluding US national holidays. Any orders placed or payments cleared after 5pm on a business day or during the weekend are considered orders placed on the following business day.
- All orders shipped to a Florida address will have the 7.00% sales tax added.

When we ship your stuff
- We ship all orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. All order paid for before 10am est on those days will be shipped at those times.
- Postal Holidays will delay shipping, any shipping days delayed by a Postal Holiday will be shipped the following day.

Domestic Shipping Charges and Methods for Singles Cards
- Domestic shipping charge is a flat $2.50 per order. All Domestic packages are sent USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
- For Domestic orders if your combined total shipping is over $2.50 please request a total from us or wait to pay until you sent an invoice to pay.
- Estimated delivery times for Domestic Packages is 3-7days after being shipped.

Domestic Shipping Charges and Methods for Non-Single Cards
- Domestic shipping charges will vary based on the item, but will be charged as listed with that item. All Domestic packages are sent USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
- Estimated delivery times for Domestic Packages is 3-7days after being shipped.

International Shipping Charges and Methods for Singles Cards
- International orders under $150.00 will be sent USPS International First Class at a flat charge of $4.50. USPS International First Class has a variable delivery date and can take as long as 3 weeks, there is no tracking available on these shipments outside the of the United States. You will be provided with a US Customs number that can be used at your countries Customs Office to claim your package in the event a hold is placed on it at the Customs Office.
- International orders at or over $150.00 will be shipped USPS Priority International at the following rate scale. USPS Priority International has an estimated delivery of 6-10 business days. These shipments will have a US Customs number that can be used similar to USPS First Class International packages. All USPS Priority International shipments will be insured at full value at no additional cost to you.
- All International orders over $600.00 will be split into multiple packages so that each package will be under $600.00 so that your items can be insured for the full value. Shipping will be charged according to our rate scale and will be packaged to minimize shipping charges to you.

Returns, Refunds and Replacements
- We do our best to make sure every customer gets what they order, sometimes mistakes get made.
- We do offer Returns, Refunds and Replacements of items. If what you receive isn't what you ordered please contact us to give us a chance to correct it before leaving feedback. It is very important for us to make sure you get what you wanted.
