  A: We work hard to make accurate descriptions and we take multiple photos of every item. But alas we are human (except for the baboon) and make the odd mistake. If your item is not as described just let us know so we can make ammends. If it is clearly our fault we will cheerfully refund you. We don't refund for change of mind, this is ebay :-)
