| Q:How do I combine postage? |

| A:Just purchase each item as required, and then wait for a combined invoice or 'ask seller for total' on the checkout page so we can manually adjust the postage cost depending on weight and postcode. Generally pay the largest postage cost, then add 'additional postage cost' for each extra item, up to our maximum postage cap.* |
| Q:How does your Postage Cap work? |

| A:We have a set postage cap, which means you can purchase any number of items* and only be charged up to the maximum cap in postage. You MUST wait for an invoice or Ebay may charge more than the cap. Note - postage will often still be lower than our maximum cap. (*Bulk purchases of empty glass bottles/jars not included in postage cap.) |

| Q:Which payment methods do you accept? |

| A:We accept Direct Deposit (preferred), Paypal, or we have our own EFTPOS facilities to accept VISA or Mastercard (please note - you will need to call us during business hours to give us your credit card details. No information is stored after the transaction is processed, and we are a registered Australian business, ABN 61705182643) |
| Q:What if my package hasn't arrived? |

| A:Sometimes your package will be waiting at your local P.O. for pickup so please try them first. Usually Aust Post takes 1 - 4 days to deliver our packages, depending on your distance from Sydney, but can sometimes experience unforeseen delays. If your item hasn't arrived within a fortnight after payment please contact us and we'll sort it out. |
| Q:Do you have a shopfront I can come and visit? |

| A:Aroma Queen only sells online, and so we do not have a shopfront or anywhere you can come to view our products. All efforts are made to ensure you have plenty of photos and information before you purchase your products online, though if you have a specific question not covered in the listing please email us with your query. |
| Q:What is a 'Carrier Oil'? Are they still pure? |
|
| A:'Carrier Oil' is just a term given to cold-pressed vegetable oils (such as Rosehip, Sweet Almond or Jojoba) as they are often used to carry essential oils (which are much stronger) for safe application to the skin. Carrier oils sold by Aroma Queen are 100% pure vegetable oils - they are undiluted and have no preservatives or fillers added. |
| Q:What if an item is broken during transit, or is faulty? |

| A:We package our orders carefully and rarely suffer a breakage. However if an item does arrive damaged please email us as soon as possible with a picture of the broken or faulty item and we will do our best to take care of the problem. It's important to us that you're happy with your Aroma Queen purchase. |
| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We're very proud of our products, and it's important to us that you're happy with your purchase. If an item is deemed to be faulty or our description is inaccurate we will be happy to refund on the item's return. If you have a problem with any item, please contact us BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK so we can happily resolve the issue. |
| Q:You say you combine shipping but the postage cost is much higher than I expected. |

| A:We always combine shipping costs depending on weight / postcode, however Ebay cannot automatically calculate postage unless you only buy multiples of the same listing. If you buy different items, you MUST 'Ask Seller For Total' on the checkout screen, otherwise you'll generally be overcharged. If in doubt, email us for a quote before purchasing. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We usually get your items in the post the day after your payment clears, if not the same day. So it'll get to you as quick as Aussie Post can deliver it (from Sydney), usually between 2 - 6 working days depending on whether you are local or in a remote area. Express Post is available at cost - please email us for details. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:For multiple buys we charge a flat rate as listed for the biggest item, then 'additional cost' as listed for each extra item - though sometimes less depending on weight/postcode. ALWAYS 'ask seller for total' before paying to get your correct postage cost. Postage covers Aust Post charges plus padded jiffy bags, packing and handling. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Generally we don't post outside of Australia, so please don't bid without contacting us first. Many of our oils etc may be classed as 'dangerous goods' when posting overseas. Other items may be postable so please email your queries for a quote. |
| Q:Will you email me to confirm payment's been received & my item has been posted? |

| A:Ebay now discourages sellers from sending personal emails to our customers, so you will receive an Ebay 'status update' as soon as your payment has been received and then again once your package has been posted. If you pay by Paypal we generally also reply to your Paypal payment notification email. For info about your order please just email. |
| Q:Why do some oils cost so much? |
|
| A:All our oils are natural plant-based oils, and some (Rose, Jasmine, Sandalwood etc) cost a lot of money & effort to produce. But any aromatherapist knows they're worth it! These concentrated plant oils aren't cheap synthetic 'perfumes' or 'fragrant oils', which have no therapeutic benefit. |
| Q:Why are some of your rare oils & absolutes so cheap? |
|
| A:Because we import them ourselves from the country of distillation, and are able to avoid the huge markup when there are extra middle-men involved. We have done much research to ensure these oils are natural, and will NEVER knowingly sell a synthetic compound as an essential oil. |
| Q:What's the difference between Essential Oils and Fragrant Oils? |
|
| A:Essential Oils are 100% plant derived, and have various therapeutic properties used in Aromatherapy, whereas 'Fragrant Oils' or 'Essences' are synthetic petro-chemical-based COPIES of the real thing. They have NO THERAPEUTIC VALUE, and often cause headaches or worse. Think about what you want to breathe or put on your skin, and make your decision. |
| Q:Is AROMA QUEEN a Registered Business? |

| A:Yes, Aroma Queen is a full-time registered Australian business. Tax Invoices can be provided if required (all GST is included in the price quoted on each listing). We also have our own EFTPOS facilities on site for processing VISA or Mastercard payments. |
| Q:Can you give bulk discounts? |
|
| A:Many of our products can be supplied in bulk sizes or amounts - Essential Oils can be supplied in 10 / 50 / 100 / 500 / 1000ml sizes and other items may be discounted if you purchase a large amount.
