Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5..00pm AEST excluding public holidays. However, we will answer your emails outside office hours. If you have any questions, just let us know via eBay message or send your enquiry to firstname.lastname@example.org
We sell fix price items only. All goods sold at our ebay store are new. All images are of the actual items sold
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment, except when orders are placed over the weekend, which means they will not be dispatched until the next available business day. Canvas orders may require an extra 24 hours to despatch. Orders are packed with great care.
In most instances we are able to offer a discount on combined Postage and Packing, please request a combined invoice before check out or contact us for a quote before you make payment
We take every care to ensure all of our products reach you in perfect condition.
However, if you are unsatisfied due to the product being damaged, faulty or not the item ordered, then please contact us and inform us your intent to return the product. within 48 hours of receipt. The item must be received by us within 7 days
It is your responsibility to ensure that item is suitably packaged and returned by recorded delivery for your own safety. You are responsible for the itme until it is received. Note: we do not cover the cost of you returning product
Once we have received and inspected the item we will contact you to confirm our finding. And arrange a refund or order a replacement where applicable. Postage cost will be refund for faulty goods
We aim to keep this procedure as straightforward as possible. We will attend to all returns as soon as practically possible and do our utmost to make the process as stress-free as we can . We aim to have many happy returning customers, so please notify us of any problems, by email within 48 hours. We will do our best to allow a return for another reason, if we feel it is justified.
