Mont marte products are manufactured in China. Much of this product is manufactured by its "partner Factories" alongside many of the worlds leading brands of art supplies.

Chinese made product is often much maligned, especially in art circles, however many of the worlds majour art brands now manufacture some, if not the majority of their product in China.

Mont Marte in the past three years has had pressure placed upon some of their suppliers by large International brands in an attempt to stop them from manufacturing.

Unsuspecting art customers regularly purchase products labelled "Made in England, France, Germany" which has actually been
