Answer: No sorry, we only sell online. We do offer local pick up from Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.
Question: Can I try clothing on before I collect my order?
Answer: No sorry, we do not have facilities for trying clothing on. You are welcome to refund or exchange if you find your
item isn't suitable.

Question: Will your sizing be the same as the normal size I usually buy?
Answer: Unfortunately there is no standard size for clothing as measurements are not uniformed across different manufacturers. We recommend you use the measurements provided within the listings to determine your size.

Question: My size is out of stock - when will you be receiving more?
Answer: If an item you wish to purchase is out of stock please send us a message containing the size and colour you require. We will advise when new stock is expected and add you to our waiting list. You will receive a message when your item is available for purchase.

Question: How long will my parcel take to arrive?
Answer: Delivery times depend on the postage method selected and your location.
For example, a regular parcel to Perth can take up to seven business days or two days via Express Post.

If you require your item urgently, we recommend using Express Post.
 
Question: Do you offer Express Post?
Answer: Yes.
Express Post is available on all items shipped within Australia.

Please note: Overnight delivery is to locations within the Next Day Delivery Network only.

Question: Do you combine postage for multiple purchases?
Answer: Yes.
Please commit to buy your items and then contact us or click on 'Request A Total From Seller' in My eBay before making payment. We will then send you a revised invoice as soon as possible which will have your purchases combined and the available postage options based on the weight of your items.
You can then pay for your items.
 
Question: I have paid for my order, when will it be dispatched?
Answer: Orders are dispatched on the same day if payment is received before 2pm Monday to Friday.
If you pay for your order after 2pm, your item may not leave until the next business day.
Question: Do you offer local pick up? Where are you located? Can I pay cash on Pick Up?
Answer: Yes, you are welcome to collect your order by appointment from Fortitude Valley, Brisbane.
Our pick up hours are between 9am-6pm Monday to Friday and 10am-10:30am Saturdays.
If you are unable to pick up during these times, please advise an alternate time and we will confirm if we are available.
Please note, we do not have a physical store.
We require payment to be made prior to pick up. You are welcome to pay via PayPal or Bank Deposit.
 
Question: My item was posted over a week ago and I still haven't received it?
Answer: You can check the delivery status of your order online via the tracking number on your order details page:
My eBay > Purchases > Order Details.
You can also contact your local post office as your parcel is most likely awaiting collection.
All Registered Post and e-Parcels must be signed for. If there is no one home at the delivery time, it will be taken it to your local post office for collection.
Australia Post usually leave a card but don't always do so.
