P&P
We combined P&P where possible, (but a jug won't go in a jiffy bag with a long sign). Overseas Airmail orders max weight is 2kg. So you may need 2 or more packages
When you've placed your order simply request an invoice and we'll send an adjusted one, or you can ask us in advance.
Please remember that P&P means just that, postage AND packaging, ie; bubblewrap, paper, cardboard, boxes, jiffy bags, etc.
If you're local, you're always welcome to pop in and collect.
We hand pick things that we love and hope you will too, that's why we send them out with care, but occasionally something might go wrong...
RETURNS;
Please contact us immediately.
If an item is damaged/faulty we offer a replacement or full refund.
If an item is unwanted (GASP!), we offer a refund excluding outbound & return postage.
We do everything to ensure your order arrives safely.
FEEDBACK
