Selling, Returns and Feedback Policy
We always like to make sure our customers are totally happy with any purchase they make from us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please drop us an email and we will do our
utmost to put things right. We respond to all emails within 1-3 days, so if you don't hear back from us, please resend your email. If for some reason you still do not get a response this can sometimes be caused by emails bouncing back or not being received through having different Spam settings. If this does happen you can always send a message using ebays messenger service,
WE ALWAYS RESPOND AND GIVE FULL ATTENTION TO ANY PROBLEMS!
If you are impatient and choose to
leave negative feedback before communicating any problem to us, We will deem that to be the end of the matter and will take no further action to correct things. Please bear in mind that we are only human beings, and sometimes the occasional mistake does occur (e.g.
we may send you the wrong colour, item, or size). There should never be any problem that we cannot put right, so please do communicate.
Please Note; New comers to ebay, negative feedback is not a weapon or plaything and should only be given if all else fails.
Any negative feedback we have ever received is through trigger happy people over eager to press the magical negative feedback button.
Our policy is to leave feedback for buyers after they have confirmed that are happy with their purchase by leaving us feedback first. Our ebay settings are set to leave the same feedback given the same instant that we receive it.
Insurance
We now offer our own insurance on most of our items for a small additional fee. The exact amount is clearly indicated in the auction listing. If your item does not arrive within the acceptable time limit of a transaction /international transaction, We will send a replacement (subject to stock availability), or issue a refund.
Payment
UK customers can pay by Paypal, Personal Cheque, Postal Order, Bank to Bank Transfer and Cash by registered post.
International customers can pay by Paypal, Money Gram, Bank to Bank Transfer, Western Union Money Transfer, Cash (notes only in Sterling, US $ or Euro) by registered post.
Payment is expected as soon as possible after the end of the auction, and preferably within
3 - 5 working days.
