 Q: Do you ship outside of Australia?
  A: We can ship some items internationally. If the listing has no postage cost listed for your country, then we do not ship there.
 Q: I can buy the same product from overseas cheaper - why are your prices higher?
  A: We source many of our products from the official Australian distributers, as such we are able to provide local service and warranty support on most of our products - something that an overseas seller can not provide.
 Q: I've seen a product you sell cheaper elsewhere, can you beat that price?
  A: Sorry we are unable to offer discounts on our products to eBay customers. We operate a real retail store and are registered for GST thus we have overheads many other ebay sellers do not.
 Q: What forms of Payment do you accept?

 Q: How much is postage? Do you combine postage?
  A: Fixed postage Australia wide is quoted in most listings. For multiple items, you pay only the postage cost of the heaviest/largest item (ie the one with the most postage), all other items are included free. Excludes Paint and certain heavy items.
 Q: What postal service do you use?
  A: Nearly all our items are sent using Australia Post eParcel which is tracked. A signature may be required on delivery, otherwise the postman should leave a 'mail to collect' card.
 Q: When do you post? When will my item arrive?
  A: We ship after your payment has been cleared, usually within 72 hours. After we post the item, we cannot control or guarantee Australia Post delivery times.
 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: Items received faulty or the wrong item sent can be returned within 7 days for exchange as long as they are in boxed, resellable condition.
 Q: Can I pickup? Do you have a shop?
  A: Yes you can pickup from 2A/839 Beaudesert Road Archerfield, Brisbane. We are open Mon-Fri 9.00am-5.00pm, Sat 9.00am-2.00pm. Closed Sunday. Phone: 07 32556626.
 Q: Do you have a certain item or spare part in stock?
  A: We only list items we actually have in stock and available for immediate delivery. If you can't find it in our listings, check our site for a stocklist.
 Q: Can you order a spare part or item for me?
  A: Sorry, due to the time and expense involved in identifying and ordering individual spare parts, we cannot accept orders from eBay or phone customers, we can only order items for local customers who can visit the store.
