We offer a 50% Postage & Handling Discount unless specified on the listings. But only for multiple items were won within 72 hours provide with the same eBay User ID, paid in one payment and shipped in the same parcel.

All our listed items come with its warranty description. Please note that warranty terms are different from product to product, hence check the listing first for the correct warranty term and period.
Manufacturer warranty:
Buyers have to contact manufacturer of the item for all the warranty service within the warranty period.
30 days Money Back Warrantee:
- If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us first, and we will do our best to help you. It is always wise to contact us before you mail it back.
- Before we ship the products, if you change your mind, we will give you refund of your payment minus 10% of the full amount (Minimum $8.00) as compensation of our cost (including eBay fees, bank fees and handling fees).
- Before you open the package when you receive the parcel, if you change your mind, or find out the product is not exactly what you want, you can pay the postage to mail it back. We will give you full refund of the sale or auction price (excluding postage or shipping and handling fees).
- After you open the package of the item, our warrantee only applies to faulty products. If you believe the product to be faulty, you may return it with the postage at your cost. We will replace it with a new one and mail it to you at our cost if proves to be faulty. In case it is not faulty at the discretion of the supplier/manufacturer, however, you will have to pay the actual postage to us before we can mail it back to you.
- All money back warrantee is only effective within 30 days after the eBay sale date.

Return-to-Base Warranty:

Dead on Arrival (DOA): If your item is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within10days from the date of dispatch, you may return it with the postage at your cost. We will replace it with a new one and mail it to you at our cost if proves to be faulty.

If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 10-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.

RETURN & REFUND POLICIES: |

For all faulty items within warranty period, buyers is required contact us by e-mail. We will send a Warranty Form to the buyer to complete and please send the form back to us together with the faulty item.

The original package of the item must be sent together with any returned items. Also any returned items that have any sign of abuse or personal damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.

The original Tax invoice must be sent together with any returned items. Photo copies are not acceptable.

Please don't sent parcels by C.O.D. All parcels will be 'returned to sender' if sent by C.O.D.

We reserve the right to replace the return item with new or repaired item(s), or provide full or partial refund.

All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty.

Postage and Handling fee is non-refundable.

Warranty will void if label is removed or goods are found physically damaged. Also any returned items that have any sign of abuse or personal damage will be refused and returned to sender at sender's cost.

Please test your item carefully prior to returning it, we will send faulty items to our supplier for further test, if the item is found to be not faulty, we will be charged a testing fee. We will then have to pass on the charge to the buyer, as well as the cost to return the item to the buyer.
