COMBINED POSTAGE We offer combined postage when you purchase more than one lot. DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENT BEFORE REQUESTING AND RECEIVING A COMBINED INVOICE THROUGH EBAY. TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR COMBINED POSTAGE ITEMS MUST BE BOTH PAID AND SHIPPED TOGETHER AS ONE LOT. SPECIFICALLY - DO NOT PAY FOR ITEMS ONE BY ONE. The only exception to this offer is where your purchases include items in 2 currencies. In this instance 2 invoices are necessary as ebay software does not cater for combining 2 currencies in the one invoice. Combined postage discounts still apply and items will be shipped together. WHEREVER POSSIBLE WE CAP POSTAGE ON MULTIPLE PURCHASES TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE INDIVIDUAL ITEMS PURCHASED AND THE BEST AND SAFEST SHIPPING METHOD. This could well lead to further savings on postage of multiple items OVER AND ABOVE THE POSTAGE DISCOUNTS ITEMISED IN ANY LISTING. SHIPPING TIMES We invariably ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment - occasionally at peak times this may be 3 days. PLEASE NOTE that PAYMENTS MADE DIRECT TO OUR BANK ACCOUNT are processed upon receipt in our bank account and this can take up to 5 working days. If shipping time is an issue then please pay by Paypal instant payment - but only upon receipt of a combined invoice IF APPLICABLE.ADVICE OF SHIPPING We advise that an item is shipped by having ebay forward an auto-email to that effect - be sure that your email browser permits ebay auto-emails and does not treat ebay emails as spam. We also confirm shipment by leaving feedback for all items upon shipment. PLEASE - CHECK YOUR FEEDBACK before enquiring if an item has been shipped. ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED If for any reason you should receive an item that is not as described please email us immediately. We endeavour to provide accurate and quality service, but errors do occur and are actioned promptly upon advice. SEED QUANTITIES All listings include the quantity of seeds in the particular item in the body of the listing. PLEASE - read the listing before making an email enquiry.
