Q: How long will delivery take or when should I expect the delivery of my purchase?
A: We do offer shipping via Air Mail (about 10 - 20 work days) or Express Mail Service ( 5 - 7 work days ) from Singapore. Postage rates stated in the listings are for Air Mail. If you like to opt for EMS, please email us for rates.
We normally ship within 2 work days upon receipt and processed of your payment. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Shipment is via Singapore Post Registered Air Mail and delivery from Singapore - Australia will take approximately 10 - 15 work days (guideline provided by the Postal Service) and Singapore to REST of the WORLD will take 15 - 20 work days.
Please note that delivery time may some delay during bad weather and peak periods, such as Christmas, the Chinese New Year and so on. To rule out possible delays and loss of packages in transit, please write to us at eBay message system for the tracking number if you do not receive your purchase after more than 18 work days. We will put up an enquiry with our Postal Office for further investigation on your package. Please understand that we are not part of the Postal Office and we cannot be held responsible for delays in Post or Loss of Shipment. We can and we will assist to relay your message to our Postal Office and upon their investigation, revert with a satisfactory answer.

Q: Do you combine postage for multiple items purchase?
A: We do offer 15% postage discount for multiple item purchases. To enjoy the postage discount, please request for the total when you have completed shopping. Please note that this discount is only available for items which have not been checked out or paid for. Once item(s) have been paid, we will not be able to combine the invoice.
Q: Do you offer Express Mode of Shipment?
A: Yes we do ship via express post upon customer's request. Express Shipment will take 5 - 7 work days for delivery and minimal charge for such shipment will start from AUS 45 (includes packaging and handling). The rates will differ according to weight and final destination of shipment.
Q: What is your Return / Exchange policy?
A: We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund or exchange based on our Return Policy.
(1) Do email us via eBay directly within 3 days (72 hours) upon receipt of your item(s). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return.
(2) Item(s) must be postmarked back to us within 7 days from when the item was received. We highly recommend that you insure your package; Cloudni9ne is not responsible if the returned item does not reach us.
(3) Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear or odors. Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility.
(4) All items must be returned with copy of email correspondence with Cloudni9ne Babewear with regards to the return.
(5) If a negative feedback is posted before an attempt is made to resolve the problem, Cloudni9ne Babewear will reserve the right to accept the negative feedback as the final resolution to the matter and a return will no longer be accepted.
For quality issue, please supply us with photos and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the problem is not repairable, we will resend the item or provide a full refund. If it is repairable, we will offer partial refund to fix the problem.
Q: What should I do if I bid on the wrong size or colour?
A: Please visit eBay Help (on the top right hand tab) when you log on to your account and search for cancel bid. You can retract the bid with more than 12 hours left before the listing ends. When you do this, all your previous other bids will also be eliminated. So be sure to bid again if you are correcting a bidding error that you made.

Q: Where can I find sizing information?
A: Most of the measurements of our listed apparels are clearly stated in our listing. Please read the listings before purchase. Alternatively, there is also a size chart with 4 International sizing (in UK, US, AUD & EUR) to act as a guide to your sizing needs.

Most of our clothing are available in several sizing (mainly AUS 6 8 10 & 12). Some designs are also available in AUS 14 16. We will list the items if they are available. However if you are not able to locate them in our store, most likely they are sold out. You may write in to us at via the Contact Seller on eBay to request or for further enquiry on an item. If the item is available or will soon be available, we will respond within 48 hours.
