As a way of saying thank you to our buyers we have introduced the Frequent Buyer Points program. By spending your hard earned money with us we will reward you for your support, loyalty and repeat purchases. Here is how it works...
NOTE: While everything you need to know about the FBP program is explained here, key points are in bold italics. Please take extra special note of these.
ALL INFORMATION ON THIS PAGE IS FOR PURCHASES MADE ON THE EBAY STORE
EARNING POINTS: In a nutshell, to earn your FBPs all you need to do is purchase with us, it's that easy. As soon as you spend money with us you will automatically receive FBPs with those purchases that you have made.
In a single order for every full ten dollars Australian ($10.00AU) you spend with us on our own Resin Products (not including BITS, Games Workshop, Forgeworld or postage charges) we will give you one (1) Frequent Buyer Point.
Points are awarded at time of payment being received and funds clearing, what ever the payment method.
These points can be accumulated over future purchases and then used as a discount on your next purchase with us. Anything short of $10.00AU, that is to say, $0.01AU up to and including $9.99AU, does not accumulate FBPs. They are earned per full $10.00AU spent in a single purchase.
Each time you make a purchase with us you will be emailed information telling you of your current FBP total and the expiry date for those points.
For example, 'Buyer A' puts in an order for twenty three dollars Australian ($23.00AU) worth of bases. They would then receive two (2) Frequent Buyer Points. 'Buyer A' then makes another purchase for forty seven dollars Australian ($47.00AU). They would then receive four (4) points (making their total = 6). 'Buyer A' then makes another purchase for thirty five dollars Australian ($35.00AU) and claims their points (by emailing us that they wish to do so, and before making payment) reducing the final price to twenty nine dollars Australian ($29.00AU).
USING YOUR POINTS: One (1) Frequent Buyer Point is equal to one (1) Australian dollar. These points will be emailed to the address that you have registered with ebay. When you have accumulated enough Frequent Buyer Points and want to redeem them simply email us saying you would like to claim them. We will direct you through the rest of the process.
FBPs can not be redeemed if you finish the checkout process before claiming them.
FBPs are not earned on a purchase that has FPBs redeemed for discount purposes.
FBP's can not be redeemed on the same order on which they were earnt.
FBPs can not be redeemed for cash.
FBP EXPIRY DATE: FBPs do not last forever. They will be valid for 12 months starting from the time that your first purchase payment has been received and cleared. Consecutive items bought after this initial purchase would continue to add to your FBP points also (in effect a 'running total'), utilizing the same expiry date. For example, if you make a purchase on the 1st January, 2007 then the points earned on that purchase and any others in the future would expire on the 1st January, 2008 at 11:59:59PM. Spend them as you earn them, or save them up for something special, like an event such as Christmas.
When your FBP's allocated 12 months come to an end, any points remaining become forfeit.
When you have spent all your points available your expiry date is erased. A new expiry date will be issued when you make your next purchase, starting the cycle anew.
FBP EMAIL: All Frequent Buyer Point earners, will receive an email, after any purchase, telling them of the FBP points they have just earned and their grand total if they had existing points from past purchases. It is up to the owner of these points to keep their most recent points total in a safe place, as we do not handout this information in any other format, under any circumstances.
ANY QUESTIONS: If you have any questions regarding the Frequent Buyer Points program, please contact us via the internal ebay mail system.
