For any auctions which have advertised "7 Day Money Back Guarantee", IF for any reason a customer is unsatisfied with their purchase, they can contact us within 7 days of taking delivery, and organise to return the product and receive a refund of the purchase price excluding the associated Delivery Cost, subject to the terms and conditions listed below:
- In order to organise a refund under these terms and conditions, the customer must e-mail us within 7 days of taking delivery of their purchased product and request a refund under these terms and conditions. The customer must comply with the directions of BargainBarn staff in order to facilitate a refund.
- Where a customer requests a refund in accordance with these terms and conditions, the refund will be for the amount of the purchase price excluding the Delivery Cost as specified in the customer's Order.
- The 7 Day period will commence on the date that the customer accepts delivery of their purchased product. Where there is no proof of delivery, this date will be assumed to be 3 business days from the date of dispatch of the product.
- Products must be returned within 14 days of requesting a refund under these terms and conditions.
- Returned products must be returned in accordance with the Returns and Refunds section as following. This includes being returned in the original packaging, with all accessories and in re-saleable condition.
- Customers must return the products for which they are seeking a refund at their own cost. If they are unable to find a way to return the products, BargainBarn may organise a courier to pick up the products from the customer. Where BargainBarn organises a courier to pick up the products, the customer will be charged the same amount as the Delivery Cost listed in their Order to cover the cost of returning the products.
- After receiving the returned BargainBarn Products, BargainBarn will issue a refund (as specified in clause 2 ) as soon as is reasonably practicable and the customer will be provided with e-mail acknowledgement. Where possible, refunds will be processed by reversing the initial customer transaction. BargainBarn accepts no responsibility for any delays that may occur in receiving the refund as a result of any third-party payment gateway.
- BargainBarn reserves the right to make changes to these 7 Day Money Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions without notice.
- No item can be returned without our authorization, please contact us for information on how to send your item back. We reserve the right to not accept any unauthorised returns.
- For 7 day money back guarantee returns, the goods must be returned in original packaging, complete with all parts and accessories, and under resalable condition.
- For faulty returns, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during return transit.
- Unless goods are returned due to incorrect description or faulty on arrival (within 7 days upon delivery), goods must be returned at buyer's expense using registered post or equivalents.
- Goods must be returned within 7 days of having received the package for products WHICH were faulty on arrival, damaged in transit or defective or DUE TO incorrect description of the goods in order to get a refund.
- All returned parcels must be sent via registered post as we cannot be responsible for items being lost or damaged in the mail on the way back to us.
- Refunds will only be offered on items within 7 day money back guarantee, or that are faulty on arrival, damaged in transit or defective AND we are unable to repair the item or provide a replacement of equal or greater functionality, or deemed to be DUE TO incorrect description of the goods.

- All items must be returned to us for full assessment BEFORE A refund will be issued.
- We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the goods are returned in an unreasonable condition.
- The time it may take your bank to process A BargainBarn refund CAN be up to 4 business days. You will receive e-mail notification of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
- If a general listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide a 30 day Return to Base warranty. For pets products listings which don't contain any warranty information, then we will provide 7 day faulty or defect replacement warranty. Please check listing carefully for correct warranty period.
- We will replace your item if it is found to be Faulty on arrival.
- The Buyer must check their item immediately and report any damages or faults to the seller by e-mail (with sufficient photo evidence if needed) within 48hrs of having received their item. Please specify the item title and invoice number. We reserve the right to refuse any claims that are made after this time frame.
- We do not accept any item return by COD. The return postage must be paid entirely by the Buyer. Buyer must make contact with BargainBarn for approval prior to item return.
- BargainBarn will repair the item where possible or send a replacement.
- All warranty claims must be made by the original buyer of the item. Warranty is not transferable beyond original buyer.
- All accessories and bonus gifts are not covered by warranty.
- Your invoice, delivery docket, AND buyer details will be required as proof of purchase.

- BargainBarn adheres to Consumer Guarantee Act & Fair Trading Act as well as all of Ebay's Terms and Conditions.
Warranty Does Not Cover
- Normal wear & tear.
- Damage from using goods for a purpose for which they were not designed.
- Damage from neglect or careless storage.
- Damage from having unauthorised repairs carried out.
- Customers must check item for faults or damages and report it to BargainBarn via e-mail (with sufficient photo evidence if needed).
- Photos or videos must be provided by the buyer as proof of damage.
- Customers are liable for the postage fee to return faulty/damaged product for warranty and exchange if the item has been used or IF IT has been more than 7 days after delivery date.
- BargainBarn is liable for sending replacement warranty item back to buyer, except in the case that the returned item is tested and found not faulty or not in the same condition that buyer reported. In which case, buyer will be required to pay for return postage costs and the item will be sent back at the buyer's expense.
- Products must be returned with all accessories including their original packing materials, cartons and boxes unless specifically advised.
- Returns to be accompanied by 'Return Form' which will be emailed to buyer upon notification of problem.
- BargainBarn requireS item returns to be approved and authorized by us before an arranged return is executed.
