| A:Yes, we do combine postage costs. For purchases over $100, shipping is FREE to anywhere in Australia (Excludes international shipping). |
| Q:Do you ship to countries other than Australia? |

| A:Yes, we do ship outside of Australia. However, postage costs will be dependant on your country. Quotes on shipping costs can be calculated via www.austpost.com.au should you decide to get a quote, please contact us to obtain an approximate weight for the item that you're interested in. We also offer alternative shipping methods other than AustPost. |
| Q:Can we delay payments for purchased items? |

| A:We understand that sometimes one's financial situation may change all of a sudden. Therefore, delayed payments can be arranged as long as the buyer contacts us. To contact us please use the ebay messaging system. |
| Q:Do you accept returns? |

| A:Yes, we do accept returns but only within 10 days of the purchase date and also if the items are returned in their original condition with tags.
Returns are accepted in an unlikely event that the item shipped out to the buyer is different to that in the listing. Bello Voi will not accept returns if they wrong colour or size has been purchased. |
| Q:What payment methods do you accept? |

| A:We accept a number of payment methods like direct deposit, PayPal and money order. However, our preferred method of payment is via PayPal due to the fact that it protects the buyers and also for security reasons. Should the buyer prefer to use bank deposit, please contact us and we'll e-mail our bank details to the buyer. |
| Q:What postage methods do you use? |

| A:We generally use regular mail using Australia Post and for some items, this will include a tracking number. Having said that, other shipping couriers are also available such as DHL, UPS and TNT but at extra charges. Please do inform us prior to payment should you decide to use these shipping methods. |
