A: Sales are final and depending on item we provide exchange within 7-14 calendar days if item is faulty. Please note restocking fee may be charged if original packaging/accessories are missing, please check individual listing for details.
Q: How would Ienquire about the warranty?
A: Please note, depending on the item, some warranties are provided via manufacturer, some via Our Suppliers with their service numbers issued. If warranty provided via supplier- manufactorer service tags are replaced by supplier as per T&C. Any warranty enquiries should be directed to our Customer Service via 'Contact Member' page on eBay.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Please make note of processing time required. Normal delivery time = processing time ( after payment received) + shipping time ( 1 -14 days Registered Post) Please consider weekends and holidays, you can always call 131318 to track your order or you can do it online : www.eparcel.com.au
 Q: Can we pick up?
A: We do not have pick up facilities at the moment. No exceptions please.

A: At this stage we do not sell warranty upgrades or extentions.
Q: Why Hard Driver space is less than the one that been advertised?
A: 1 Gigabyte (GB) means 109 = 1,000,000,000 bytes using powers of 10. The computer operating system, however, reports storage capacity using powers of 2 for the definition of 1 GB = 230 = 1,073,741,824 bytes, and therefore shows less storage capacity.Available storage capacity will also be less if the product includes one or more pre-installed OS
Q: Why RAM memory is less than advertised on the specifications?
A: For PC's configured with 4 GB of system memory, the full system memory space for computing activities will be considerably less and will vary by model and system configuration. 32 bit Windows only recognies first 3GB RAM , you can check in BIOS (F2 during booting) to see full system hardware memory)
 Q: What about Battery Life?
A: Battery life may vary considerably from specifications depending on product model, configuration, applications, power management settings and features utilized, as well as the natural performance variations produced by the design of individual components. Published battery life numbers are achieved on select models and configurations tested.
Q: I'm having issues with Wireless setup in Vista, what to do?
A: Please read help pages in Vista- it is tricky to setup Wireless connection in Vista- not sure- email us for details.
