Terms and Conditions of Warranty Service

By purchasing any item in our eBay store you indicate that you have READ, UNDERSTOOD and AGREED to all below terms and conditions prior purchase.  

We are direct importer of goods produced in Australia, USA, UK and Hong Kong. Most goods have specific warranty and service arrangements, when items required to be shipped back to our Sydney warehouse for hardware related warranty service. Please read below details requirements in regards of payment, delivery and warranty service arrangements.

Most item have service numbers issued by our hardware suppliers that provide full hardware warranty support for all products we sell. Please read below details of warranty service and other terms and conditions that apply to your purchase.

"Standard Warranty or Supplier Warranty" -  3-12 month depending on the item as per advertisement - Warranty services for all product sold are provided via our Hardware Suppliers, not via Manufacturers.

"Manufactory Warranty" - 12 month - Warranty Service provided via product manufacturer.

"Store Warranty" - 3 Month - Warranty Services provided via oue eBay Store only.

If you do not agree to any conditions outlined below, please do not purchase from our eBay store.

 

Additional Warranty / Repair Information -Please read before asking questions.

  • Unless stated Manufacturer Warranty on the listing, all items covered by  Suppliers Hardware Warranty  and it is available via contacting us for authorization and sending item to our Sydney Warehouse for further service.

  • Toshiba / HP / Sony normally do not provide service for any goods sold on online auctions, including eBay, so once again, items are covered by Suppliers Warranty service and warranty repairs performed by sending goods to supplier.

  • Warranty period varies from item to item please check each listing for details.

  • Standard Warranty is limited to parts and labor provided by our hardware suppliers.
  • Warranty does not cover accidental damage to the case/screen, liquid spills or any damage due to the use.
  • Standard waranty varies from 3 month to 12 month, depending on the specific product advertised.
  • Warranty is active from the day of original purchase.
  • Unless stated otherwise, service tags are issued by warranty providers and terms of warranty varies depending on the product, please do not assume manufactory warranty by default.
  • Our suppliers issue the service tags and you need to contact our Customer Service for support- not Manufacturer.
  • Currently we do not offer extended warranty and it may not be available.
  • All items required warranty service need to be shipped to our repair center in Sydney with prior authorization from our Customer Service.
  • Normal Warranty Repair process takes from 1 day to 12 weeks, depending on the model, issue and Manufacture parts availability.
  • It is a sole responsibility of the customer to make a repair arrangement, once mentioned repair period had expired.
  • Buyer is responsible for all associated costs involved in shipping item for exchange or return for whatever reason - please don't bid if you don't agree, nor we can be involved in any negotiations in regards of shipping costs.
  • All warranty related inquiries within stated warranty period should be directed to our customer service.
  • As items purchased in bulk, extended manufacturer warranty may not be available, we may offer third party warranty services. In most cases we order via corporate division and have master agreement for repair services in Sydney.
  • Warranty is voided if you perform system changes or use repair services without prior authorization from us.
  • Warranty is limited to hardware parts and labor only. We do not provide software/drivers support.
  • Once warranty services period had expired- you are liable for all associated repair costs, including shipping.
  • In most cases, warranty repair services available only via contacting our customer service.
  • Warranty only applies to the system unit, it does not apply to any accessories, cords, battery packs, cords ect.Standard warranty for included accessories is 3 month.
  • You are responsible for shipping costs to our Sydney centre.
  • At our discretion we reserve the right to replace the item if it is not repairable and still under warranty with us.
  • We are not responsible for any data loss from the hard drive during repair process.
  • In case if replacement item is not in stock, we reserve the right to issue a merchant credit or offer a different model for replacement if item still under warranty with us.
  • Statutory consumer guarantees also apply under Australian Consumer Law.
