Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Your order must be placed before 1PM on the cut off date for your area listed above.
  • Your order must be paid by PayPal and has been approved. Please allow 2-3 working days for orders paid using BPAY.
  • Please note heavy items (exceeding 32kg) please allow for an extra 2-3 days delivery time due to delivery restrictions.
  • Remote or restricted areas should allow an extra 2-3 days delivery time.
  • Christmas delivery cut-off dates have been advised by Australia Post and Allied Express:
  • 1. Delivery of goods being accepted by a person at the nominated delivery address OR
  • 2. A card is left by the carrier to indicate that delivery had been attempted at the nominated delivery address.
  • We will not accept liability for delivery delays that result from Industrial Action, Acts of God or Similar unforseen events.
