Terms and Condition

  • If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide 90 days warranty. Please check the listing first for the correct warranty period.
  • We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 7 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOAs must be contact/return to us within 7 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email us first.
  • If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 7-day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense.
  • We do not accept any item return by COD. The returned postage must be paid entirely by the bidder. You have to contact us before you return anything.
  • All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty.
    e.g. Battery, earphone,cable,carry bag etc.
  • For all faulty items with a Return to Base warranty, buyers must contact us by e-mail. We will send a form to the buyer to complete and kindly send the form back to us together with the faulty item. Please Note: For all returned non-faulty items (identified by our technical department), the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer.

    **We have NO responsibility on the shipping and handling fee on any returned items. If buyer sends back the item by C.O.D. service, item will NOT be accepted.  

  • The return item must be in new condition with the full package, otherwise we will not accept any refund after checking.

  • Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, after the proof of payment is provided.

Returns and Exchange Policies

  • We do accept Returns and Refunds on items sold. Buyers must return item within 7 days after delivery date (restocking surcharge of 20% of sale price). Please contact us before you sending the item.
  • Items returned must be in the original packaging. All returns must be must be packed securely for shipping. Buyer is responsible return shipping charges.
  • Returns must be authorized by seller before goods can be returned. 
  • Shipping and handling costs are non refundable.
  • No full refund for goods that have been used or change of mind.
