General Questions

Where are you located?

Bianca's of Strawberry Hills is located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Your purchase of any item through our store will be governed by the laws of New South Wales.

How do I find items?

On our main page, the left-hand column provides a number of easy ways to search for items. In the top text box, you can type in the name (or partial name) of an item you are looking for. Below that, you can also search items by product category. Finally, below the product categories box, you can click on "View new listed" to see items that have been recently added to the store.

How often do you add or change items in your store?

We frequently update our inventory of items. Check back often-you never know what you'll find or signup to our newsletter for regular updates to our range!

I have a question about an item that the product description hasn't answered.

Please contact us at orders@strawberryhills.com.au. We are happy to answer any questions as best we can. Some technical questions or other questions we may not be able to answer, in which case internet research on your part may be required to ensure you are purchasing the correct product. We cannot accept returns based upon the selection of an incorrect or technically incompatible product.

Is Bianca's of Strawberry Hills an auction site?

No. We offer low, direct-import prices on all of our merchandise, through eBay's "Buy it Now" option. Items may only be bought outright for listed prices; there is no auction process except in special circumstances.

Is in-store pickup available?

Sorry, we cannot arrange in-store pickup under any circumstances. By eliminating in-store pickup, we are able to streamline the delivery process and offer even better prices to our customers.

Where can Bianca's of Strawberry Hills ship to?

We are able to ship to any location in Australia. We regret that we are unable to ship to any location outside of Australia.

Do you offer telephone support?

We do not offer telephone support at this time, which allows us to keep our costs down and our prices low. However, we strive to answer all emails within 48 hours of receipt, and we are happy to assist you at orders@strawberryhills.com.au. We thank you in advance for your patience.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and bank deposit, and you can fund your PayPal account from a variety of sources, including major credit cards.

How do I pay for my item?

You will receive an email (to the email account you have on file with eBay) once you have won the "auction" for your item. This email will provide detailed instructions for how to pay, or simply follow our "Checkout" Link on the listing.

How long do I have after auction ends before I must pay for my item?

We ask that you render payment for your item no more than five (5) days after the conclusion of the item's auction.

Shipping Options

Do you offer any shipping savings for multiple items?

Yes! You can save $10 in shipping costs on all items beyond the first item. Please refer to our Shop Policies under "Shipping Policies" for more information.

Where do you ship items?

We ship items to the shipping address specified in your eBay account. Please ensure you have the correct address listed in your eBay account details prior to purchasing any item. In the event an item is shipped to an incorrect address listed in your eBay account, shipping costs must be paid again to have the item re-shipped to the correct address.

Who ships items for Bianca's of Strawberry Hills?

Bianca's of Strawberry Hills uses both Australia Post eParcel Services and Toll Ipec for its shipping.

When are items delivered?

Items are delivered during normal business hours. Sorry, weekend or after-hours deliveries cannot be made or arranged.

Do you offer shipping insurance?

Yes. Insurance is $7 for the first $200 of an item's value, and $3.50 for every additional $100 beyond this first $200. You can elect not to have shipping insurance; however, in this case we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft the item/package may suffer during transit.

Do I need to sign for my item?

Some items require your personal signature. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the delivery company will leave a note with instructions for you to retrieve your package from the local post office. Please note: you will need to show proof of ID in order to retrieve your package at the office.

I received the incorrect item. What should I do?

You must contact us at orders@strawberryhills.com.au within seven days of receiving the item.  Please ensure you do not open any item which you believe is incorrect as it must remain in new, resalable condition for return.

I have shipping insurance, and the item I received was damaged or "dead on arrival" (DOA). What should I do?

You must contact us at orders@strawberryhills.com.au within seven days of receiving the item.

Warranty, Returns, and Refund Information

What warranty is available for the item I buy?

Warranty varies from product to product. For specific item warranty information, please refer to the listing for that specific item. An item is sold "as is" if no warranty information is stated. If there is any question, please contact us at orders@strawberryhills.com.au.

Are warranties transferable?

No. Warranties are non-transferable, and do not transfer with ownership. Warranty claims must be generated from you if you are the original purchaser of the item under warranty.

Under what conditions can I return an item?

Returns of items can be accepted if there is a material defect with the item making it unable for use. We CANNOT accept returns because of an incorrect choice, technical/computer compatibility issue, or simply because you've changed your mind. Additionally, we cannot accept items that have been tampered with or otherwise misused. Items must be in "new", sealed and not-used condition for return. For more information, please refer to our Shop Policies under "Returns Policies."

How do I return an item?

You must contact us at orders@strawberryhills.com.au, in order to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. We cannot accept any returns without this RA number. Once you obtain an RA number, you must ship the item back to us, at your cost, within fourteen (14) days.

Can I drop off a return item?

Sorry, we cannot accept drop-offs
