How Long Does It Take To Recieve My Purchase?
Thanks for bidding, as soon as the funds are transfered and appear in either our bank account or Paypal account, we will dispatch your item and notify you in an email with all the relevant information (ie consignment number and couriers contact numbers). How long does it take to assemble?
The fitness machines takes about 20 minutes to assemble (Approx). It's already partially assembled in a box, and all the hard stuff is done for you. It's a simple matter of putting the finishing touches on and you're ready to rock. It will arrive through one of
Australia's leading door to door courier companies.
What happens if the machine is faulty or damaged once recieved?
We have a skilled technician working for us who can guide you through with resolving the issue. He will call you within 24hrs of receiving your email requesting help and either try and fix the machine by a step by step process over the phone or parts may be issued. If the machine is still not working correctly, you can return it at your cost both ways, and either fix it or issue a new one.

This is not the case if you have damaged it trying to assemble the basic parts.
If parts are damaged when item is recieved, damaged photos can be emailed and we will either replace the item or issue out parts. All of this will be at your expence.
All sales are final and you agree to these terms once you place a bid. We accept no responsibility for any damage that occurs while the item is in transit.

Fortunately for you we use a leading courier company so that your equipment arrives safely and quickly so you can get started sooner. But unfortunately they will not deliver to a PO Box. Therefore you need to include a delivery address that you know someone will be available to take delivery of the item, and a contact phone number.
