Do you combine shipping?
We have combine shipping policy
for our customers. Maximum 7 days from first purchase date applies to receive
this offer.
To receive the below discounts
you MUST use the CHECKOUT button when you are COMPLETELY DONE SHOPPING!
DO NOT CLICK TO CHECKOUT IF YOU ARE STILL SHOPPING. WE ALLOW 7 DAYS TO
COMBINE. Discount will not be given to those who fail to follow this checkout
procedure.
How shipping discount is calculated if I buy more
than one item?
Postage is stated in the
individual ad. If you won more than one of our auction, combine postage is:
$5.00 for each additional item
within Australia.
$25.00 for each additional item
worldwide.
What is your exchange/refund policy?
- We understand that buying goods online, especially
clothing can be risky.
- We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
- We offer a 'no questions asked' refund or exchange
policy.
- We are happy to offer a refund or exchange within
seven days of receipt of goods.
- Refunds and exchanges will be subject to the goods
being returned to us for processing.
- The buyer is responsible for all associated return
shipping costs.
- Please contact us should you wish to arrange an
exchange or refund.
Exchanges
- Once you notify us of the item you wish to
exchange for, we will put it aside for you.
- You can then post your item to our returns
address: Blossom Shoes, PO Box 218, KERRIMUIR, VIC 3129.
- Please include return pre-paid postage with
your return so we can send the exchange back to you.
- Please include note of detail exchanges.
Example: item no, colour, or size if applicable to avoid delay.
An Australia Post pre-paid satchel is ideal. We recommend using
Registered Post or Express Post to insure against loss.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will
post the replacement back to you.
Refunds
- Please contact us to arrange a refund.
- Our returns address is Blossom Shoes, PO Box 218, KERRIMUIR, VIC 3129.
- When returning your item, we recommend using
Registered Post or Express Post to insure against loss.
- Once we receive your returned item, we will
post your refund and notify you via e-mail.
- If you paid via Bank Deposit, please include
your bank details with your return and we will deposit the refund into
your bank account.
- If you paid via PayPal, the funds will either
be in your PayPal account or refunded back to your credit card depending
on how you originally paid.
- A restocking fee of 20% or $14.99, whichever is
greater, will be deducted from the refunds where free postage is offered
for that item.
The following details how refunds are credited via
PayPal:
Depending on the company that issued your credit card, it might take up to
30 days for your refund to appear on your credit card statement. If you paid
using a credit card, the money is refunded to that credit card. If you paid
using your bank account or PayPal account balance, the money is refunded to
your PayPal account. If you paid using a combination of a credit card and
another payment method, the amount paid with a credit card is refunded to
that credit card. The remaining amount is refunded to your PayPal account.

How long will it take for my item to reach me?
We post
your items in 1 - 2 business days after we receive your payment. Under normal
conditions, shipping would take 1-2 business days, starting from shipping
confirmation, please note shipping time could be prolonged significantly for
some remote areas. For International buyers; because our items are shipped
internationally, please allow more delivery time than your usual domestic
delivery time.
What about the quality of the shoes?
All of our
shoes are high quality. Our Low prices is no way reflects the quality of our
shoes. Our aim is to bring great quality affordable beautiful shoes to the
Australian market.
How do I ship items to a different address?
Please
email us for the address you want us to ship, before you pay. Please do not
assume that we will send the item to your new address, unless you receive a
confirmation from us saying so.
I wrote several mails to you, but never get any
reply mail, why?
We answer all incoming emails.
If you do not receive our reply 48 hours after you send your email, please check
if you have send your original message to the correct email address.
There are two other
possibilities that you do not receive our reply:
1. your email did not
arrive us.
2. our reply did not reach
you.
In either case, please
try to contact us via ebay message system, and we will contact you in the same
way if we find such error.
Why the colour of the shoes I received is
different from the colour in the listing picture?
All our
listing pictures are real shoes pictures, but the picture colour may still be
different from shoes you receive due to lighting or computer screen settings.
