Most saddles are freight free within Australia. All other items postage is as stated on each item. Postage costs are kept to a minimum by using Australia Post standard parcel post. Payment must be made within 3 days of clicking BUY NOW, unless prior arrangemnets have been made for a laye by transaction.

We will accept returns in original condition. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return postage is to be paid by customer not Bonnetts Saddlery.  If you require a replacment item, ie another size, you will need to send us payment for postage on the replacement item.  Please email us or phone us on 08 83860068 before returning an item.

If you receive a faulty item, please contact us for our Freepost return address & we will send a replacement in same size/colour etc at no cost to you.
