  A: At this stage Booktopia does not combine postage on multiple purchases on our eBay store.

  A: Booktopia only offers PayPal within its eBay store. PayPal offers credit card and bank transfer facilities within its system.

 Q: Is this item new?
  A: All of our books are brand new as we are Australia's largest online bookstore and do not deal in secondhand or used copies. Some books listed are overstocks from our publishers and they may have a mark on them. Less than 1% of our books have these marks and we will state it in the listing.

 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: We do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds by law: In Australia, consumers have a legal right to obtain a refund from a business for goods purchased if the goods are faulty, not fit for purpose or don't match description.
