Why should I choose to buy from Bountiful Bubs?

We're glad you asked! We know there are plenty of baby stores online and that the range of products available can be overwhelming. The Bountiful Bub's difference is that we truly care about our customers. We want to offer a range that not only performs well but is sustainable and affordable.
We also have children. We have been through the nappy stage, explored feeding options and survived the messy first foods stage. We've had leaking nappies, sore breasts, unsettled babies and more nappy changes than we care to remember. So we totally understand where you are coming from.

When Will I Receive My Order?

We will dispatch your item within one day of your payment being cleared. If you use Paypal the payment may clear immediately, but PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TWO DAYS FOR TRANSFERRED FUNDS TO APPEAR IN OUR ACCOUNT. If paying by direct deposit we would love you to send us a message to let us know you have made the payment and include a reference number – this will help us track your payment. Money orders and bank cheques will generally not be processed until they have been presented and cleared.
Once your item has been dispatched we will send you email notification. Please allow 1-8 days for delivery as times will vary depending on your location.


What if I'm not happy with my item?
Customer satisfaction is absolutely critical to us – we know we are only as good as the products we sell. For this reason we go to great lengths to source excellent quality items. If we wouldn't use it ourselves, we won't sell it to you.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we will happily replace it. You will be responsible for postage. Please send us a message explaining the problem and we will do whatever we can to assist.

We always welcome your feedback – good and bad. We appreciate positive reviews, but if something doesn't meet your expectations please tell us. There may be an explanation or we may have an alternative product that better suits your needs. Our commitment is to provide eco-friendly alternatives that are both gentle for you and baby and the environment.
