Where is my item? Has it been 12 business days from when you have purchased your item? If not your item is probably still on its way. If it has please track your item here: http://auspost.com.au/track/ If you are still not able to find your item please contact us.
What size do I need? If you are unsure what size you need the best thing to do is grab a similar pair of shoes that you have and check the shoe to see your size. We have included a sizing conversion chart to give you a guide as to what size you may need in different metrics. Please click here to view the size chart If you do purchase the wrong size we are always happy to exchange them.
Are your items genuine and authentic? We only sell 100% genuine branded merchandise. Simple check our feedback and you can see thousands of happy customers comments.
Can I come and pickup or try on an item? Currently we do not offer local pickup or fitting. We are looking to change this in the near future.
Do you ship internationally? We sure do! Check the shipping tab in the item page for further information.
Do you offer combined postage deals? Definitely! Check postage information on the particular item you are looking at, but remember you will never pay more than $20 in shipping for unlimited items in the same order (within Australia only)
What forms of payment do you accept? We prefer PayPal but can also accept Bank Deposit or Money Order.
I have received a faulty item what should I do? Contact us straight away and we will arrange for an exchange or a full refund.

I am really unhappy should I leave negative feedback? Absolutely NOT! Please contact us STRAIGHT AWAY and we will sort out your situation in a fair and prompt manner. Customer service is our #1 priority!
