SHIPPING
Items are shipped every
business day, so you will have your item in no time at all. All our
items are shipped via Australia Post, this includes insurance and online
tracking for your piece of mind. Once your item has been sent you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number. Please ensure your email address is up to date on eBay in order to receive your tracking number.
Shipping time ranges from 1 - 12 business days depending on product availability. If you haven't received your item after 12 business days please track it online at http://auspost.com.au/track/ or contact us.
International
Customers will have their items shipped via Airmail taking
approximately 7 - 15 business days to arrive but can take longer
depending on your location. Insurance and Online tracking is also
included.
Please note we are not responsible for any duties and taxes levied on products entering your country. Make sure you check with your local government authority prior to purchase.

within Australia on the same order. Once you have finished shopping

RETURNS
FAULTY ITEMS: In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or
faulty product simply contact us and we will arrange for free delivery
of the item back to us. Once we receive the item back you will have the
choice to either exchange the item or get a FULL refund.
CHANGE OF MIND OR WRONG SIZING: In the event that you receive an item and you decide you no
longer want it or you have purchased the wrong size you may return the item to
us. Return postage will be incurred by the buyer, but we will be happy to
exchange your item for anything else you would like (of equal value) and we
will pay for item to be shipped back to you. Refunds are not available in this
scenario.
Any item returned back to us must be sent back in THE SAME condition as received. Failure to do so may result in a return not being granted.
