| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Absolutely! You can combine Auction and Store items together to get combined shipping. The only requirement is for Paypal, you must make 1 payment. Making multiple paypal payments will negate any combined shipping savings. |
| Q:What is your combined shipping discount? |

| A:It depends on the items combined. For my heroclix and miniatures, there is a chart on each listing showing the cost for multiple figures. For everything else I will have to calculate for you but the general rule is the more expensive shipping item + %50 shipping on any additional item. More than 4 items can see drastic shipping savings. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Ebay is only a side job for me. Generaly your item will ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. |
| Q:Do you ship Internationally? |

| A:I do in general. The only place I definitely do NOT ship to is Brazil only due to very poor post office system there. International shipping costs will have to be calculated based upon items. Shipping can take a long time even with expedited services. Delays in shipping is NOT my fault due to customs and the nature of Int'l Shipping. |
| Q:What happens if my package is missing or incorrect items? |

| A:I am only human and do make mistakes on occasion. I will strive diligently to fix the mistake at my own expense if it is my mistake. |
| Q:Do you accept returns? |

| A:Generaly i do not. Make sure you want the item before buying it. I can make arrangments for returns but refunds will only be issued if item is in same condition shipped out and no refund will be made on shipping. |
