1. What do I need to bring when I pickup my item?
We require your eBay ID, a printout of your eBay invoice and an appropriate vehicle to fit the item into.

2. How long do I have to pay for and pickup an item?
Payment must be made prior to pickup and pickup must be made within 7 days of auction finishing. If this is not followed an unpaid item dispute will be opened and the item will be relisted. We understand that things may come up that will prevent some people from picking up within 7 days, please contact us through eBay Messages.

3. Do I need to book in a time to pickup my item?
Bookings are essential for our Brisbane warehouse, please contact us to arrange pickup. All pickups also need to be prepaid.

1. How do I pay for an item that I have won on eBay?
After the auction is finished and you are the winning bidder we will send you an email with payment details and you can follow this through the payment process.

1. Are BFT items covered by warranty?
All products come with a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. If there is a problem with an item please contact us through eBay Messages and we will endeavor to rectify any problem.

2. Who should I contact for a warranty claim?
All warranty claims should be made to us directly via eBay Messages so that we can review the problem. Once a warranty claim is approved all items should be returned back to the BFT warehouse. We will then confirm an appropriate solution in order to rectify the problem.


3. Is the warranty transferable?
No, all warranties are to the original purchaser and all claims should be made via the original purchaser. 　

4. Is the warranty extended if a warranty claim is made?
The warranty is from the original purchase date.

　
5. How can I provide proof of purchase for a warranty claim?
Your invoice and eBay name will provide proof of purchase. All sales are kept on record through your eBay ID.

6. Can I return my items directly back to BFT?
Yes we only require the return to be pre approved prior to returning the item.

7. Who is responsible for return shipping and handling?
All shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the buyer. When a refund is issued shipping and handling charges will be deducted.

8. If I found descriptions of the item details different to the item I have received, what should I do?
All care is taken to provide accurate and correct descriptions and all errors and omissions are unintentional. If you have received an item in error please notify us immediately via eBay Messages.
