Cat's Magical Shoppe specializes in eclectic magickal items. We search for sustainable, responsibly produced, and organic goods for Pagans, Wiccans and Witches. Items include tarot, ritual and altar tools, spell kits, incense, tapestries, books, boxes, chimes and more!

Shipping: We generally ship in 24-48 hours, holidays and weekends excluded. Shipping is based on weight and destination - just like at the post office. Shipping confirmation is included with most U.S. shipments. Before purchasing, shipping can be estimated using eBay's shipping calculator. If eBay calculates incorrectly, we will refund any excess at time of package preparation. We do not charge a handling fee of any kind. We ship globally, wherever U.S. mail is permitted.
To comply with eBay's shipping policies and to protect our buyers, we only ship to addresses registered with eBay and/or PayPal. If you need your item shipped to a different address, please add it to your profile before purchasing.

Combined Shipping: If you make multiple purchases and we later discover shipping has been overstated, we will refund any excess ~ whether you ask us to or not! We combine shipping charges for items purchased or won within a 3 day period. Domestic (U.S.) purchases totaling $75 or more receive free shipping and insurance (details below). Canadian purchases totaling $75 or more receive free insurance. Payment is expected within 3 days of auction win unless prior arrangements are made. Please note that eBay only offers a 4 day grace period.

Free Shipping (domestic only): To qualify for free shipping:
* The order must be shipped within the U.S.
*The order must total $75 or more (before shipping is calculated)
*The order must be paid for all at once. Continue purchasing until done, then request a combined shipping invoice. Items paid for individually do not qualify for our free shipping offer.
* Orders must be paid for within 3 days of the first purchase.

USPS: We try to offer several methods of shipping via U.S. Mail with each package. Please check the list at checkout carefully as each method offers shipping times vary greatly. We ship within 24 hours but cannot be responsible for the speed, accuracy or handling by the postal service.

U.S. Buyers: We offer free shipping on some items. On those items with buyer-paid shipping, it is charged at actual rates. Should we discover we have overcharged on shipping we will refund the excess ~ whether you ask us to or not! All payments are due within 3 days of the auction or Buy-It-Now closing date.
If you are taking advantage of combined shipping, payment is due 3 days from the first item's purchase date. If payment is not received in a timely manner, your item(s) will be resold.

International Buyers: We ship internationally via USPS. Packages weighing 4 pounds or more are required by USPS to ship via priority. We do not offer free shipping on international orders. Import duties, taxes, tariffs and any other charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We do not mark items as “gifts” for customs purposes. US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior as does eBay.

Packaging: All items offered by Cat's Magical Shoppe are new! We often use the euphemism NIB (new in box) to describe our items and, although you may receive your item without a box, you will receive it exactly as it comes to us from the manufacturer or vendor. You can rest assured that even if your item comes with no wrapping, it is new and has never been used prior to arriving in your hands.

Feedback: Feedback is left upon feedback from buyer. To avoid bad karma, we follow "Grama's Advice": If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all ~ meaning, we will not leave negative-sounding feedback. However, we will follow eBay's Non-Paying Bidder policy in order to recover our selling fees. We also share our lists of non-paying bidders with other like-minded sellers. Please understand that we are a business and must move our inventory in a timely manner. A bid or purchase is a binding contract, so please bid responsibly.

Returns: Returns and exchanges permitted within 14 days of receipt of item with prior authorization. Returns and exchanges may be made for any reason but may be subject to restocking fees and/or postage fees. You will find a claim form on the back of the sales receipts enclosed with your order. Returns made where Cat's Magical Shoppe has paid for shipping will be refunded less our shipping cost should the return be through no fault of our own. Returns from items on sale are not accepted. We take the extra time to provide detailed descriptions of all of our items. Please email us with any questions before bidding or purchasing an item. If we have made a mistake, please email us within 14 days of receiving your item. Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback without contacting us first. We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction and will gladly work with you if there are any problems with your item.

A Note on MyRewards:We are pleased to be able to offer this Rewards program to our buyers. The program offers a 1% cash reward at opt-in, paid directly to your PayPal account. Subsequent purchases will earn an additional 2%, also paid directly to your PayPal account. Please note that should you return an item and have already received a cash reward from this program, the cash reward will be deducted from your refund, if any. Special Note: Your item may arrive in recycled materials. Cat's Magical Shoppe takes care to leave the lightest footprint and least damage to our Earth. We would appreciate you reusing and recycling any materials that come with your purchase.
