When we receive positive feedback from a buyer, we will leave a positive (5 star rating) feedback to the buyer on the same day.

Please do not leave negative or neutral feedback, contact us first to fix the problem before leaving a negative feedback (negative feedback cannot solve any problem).

Please contact us on eBay before returning item/s back to us. Otherwise we are unable to process your return item. We have NO responsibility on the shipping and handling fee on any returned items. We will not be responsible for any item returns with no attached information.

The returned item must be in brand new, unworn condition with the original packaging within 7 days of recieving the item, otherwise we will not accept any refund after checking.

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where:

1. Item/s are damaged on arrival.
2. Item/s have been wrongly described.
3. Item/s are significantly not as described or significantly different from the image shown to you in our listings.Your item is lost in postage. We will send you a replacement.
4. We are unable to supply the goods that you have paid for.

We will not issue refund if:

1. You changed your mind after purchasing the item/s.
2. You make a wrong decision on pricing or description on item after purchasing the goods.
3. No longer want it because it does not suit your purposes.
4. Item is not significantly different from the image shown or described in our listings and feel item is not what they expected.
5. You purchase an item that is not the correct size. We will exchange the item for the correct size however the buyer must return the item in unworn, brand new condition, with original packaging at their own expense and include self addressed post office prepaid bag.
6. An item is returned and is not in its original condition and packaging or has been worn.

Original postage charges are non-refundable.
