Frequently Asked Questions 

Postage and Shipping

  • We combine items to reduce postage but depends on total parcel weight and destination. Handling fee is included.
  • Recommend items be sent by Registered Post or Courier and additional insurance if required. Insurance not available to some countries.
  • No liability accepted for any loss, damage, or consequential loss for items sent by Ordinary Post, Regular Post, Airmail and Express Post.

International Buyers

  • International buyers please contact us for an estimated shipping cost if not specified for your country and for multiple items.
  • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

Delivery Times 

  • Please allow 10 working days for delivery after payment and delivery email confirmation. International buyers allow for 20 working days.
  • Check your local post office first as at times fail to leave reminders in your mail box to inform a parcel has arrived.
  • To check progress of a Registered Post or EMS Courier please visit Australia Post's Deilvery siteContact us for the tracking number.


  • Check payment details section of each item for the payment methods accepted.
  • We offer payment services permitted by eBay.

Good and Services Tax (GST)

  • The GST is inclusive in the end price of the item.
  • International buyers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs costs. If you refuse to pay these fees upon receipt, you are responsible for return postage.

Item Not Received 

  • Please contact us first to raise your concerns and issues before you open an eBay or Paypal dispute. It will only delay the process.
  • Item/s that are sent by Registered Post or Courier can be tracked using Australia Post's Deilvery site. If an issue arises a complaint form will be submitted to Australia Post.
  • No liability accepted for any loss, damage, or consequential loss for items sent by Ordinary Post, Regular Post, Airmail and Express Post.


  • Refunds are not given if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision, only if item/s are faulty or not as described.
  • Returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition, packaging including manuals, etc. Postage and handling fees are not refundable.


  • We try our best avoid errors in pricing and product information, but errors do occur and we reserve the right to correct it. We apologise for any inconvenience it may cause.
  • If the seller is unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 5 days of end of auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or relisted at the sellers sole discretion. The 'Unpaid Item Process' will then proceed.
  • We take care in describing the condition of the products accurately. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with the description, please let us know immediately (within 10 days of receipt), and we'll every effort to resolve it.
