Once your order is received we will provide you with an invoice showing the total cost including delivery charges. All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%.

Orders shipped outside of Australia will be Australian GST free, however, depending on the customs laws of your country your order may be subject to duties or taxes on arrival. These costs and all other associated costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. This is outside of our control and dependant on the laws of your government, so please check with your local customs bureau if you are unsure or have any questions.

We try our best to manage our inventory and ensure we only have products listed on eBay that we currently have in stock. On the off-chance that the product you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you within 24 hours of your order being placed. You will be given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative item. If you are happy to wait and the product is still available from our supplier, we will certainly be happy to order it in to fulfill your order and will endeavour to get it out to you as soon as possible.

Payment can be made using your PayPal account or using your credit card via PayPal's payment gateway, aswell as via bank deposit, cheque or money order. Please note that when paying via cheques, including PayPal e-cheques (PayPal payments funded from a bank account rather than a credit card or existing PayPal balance), that your purchase/s will not be posted out until your cheque has cleared in our account.

If paying via PayPal, please note that PayPal has both a buyer protection policy and a seller protection policy in place and in order for us both to be covered, you need to include the same registered delivery address in your PayPal payment as you have registered with eBay, and enter into our website checkout system. If you wish to have your purchase sent to an alternate address you will need to add that address into your PayPal profile to be covered by the protection policy. If this is not done, your payment will be refunded, pending correct payment procedure.

If a transaction is believed to be fraudulent Character Kids will report the attempt to the relevant authorities for investigation. We enforce this policy strictly regardless of what country you happen to be located in and we follow through with providing all evidence to the authorities to assist them with tracking down and arresting fraudsters.
