CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR HOLIDAY NOTICE

DESPATCH DEADLINES TO ENSURE PRE-CHRISTMAS DELIVERY

This Christmas many of our customers will be purchasing our products in the hope that they will take delivery prior to Christmas Day, December 25. If this is the case, please take note of the following information.

In order to make it for despatch date. THIS MEAN ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, PAYMENT MUST BE CONFIRMED PRIOR TO THAT DATE so that we can despatch on that day. Therefore, you must read the payment instruction carefully and follow our guide. If we have not confirm your payment within 1-2 working days, please contact us and we will need a copy of your receipt therefore please keep it in a safe place in case you need it.

Please note the recommended despatch date deadlines below. For each area listed, the courier are advising that any despatch after the specific location deadlines, courier will not achieve a pre-Christmas delivery to you.

HOLIDAY PERIOD AND OPERATION DETAILS

From 24th Dec 2008, we will close for the annual holiday break and will be re-opening on DEC 27, 2008. All orders and email enquiries submitted during the break will be processed once we resume business . During this period, phone contact is not available.

Any items paid during this holiday period will not be send out until after we resume operation on 27/12/2008. Sorry about the inconvenience.

Q:Can I pick up the item?
A:Unfortunately, pickups are not possible for most of the items. The reason for this is that as I sell on behalf of a large number of vendors. These vendors ship the items directly from their warehouses around the country.
Q:Can I combine auction?
A:We offer combined postage discount of 10% on ANY additional items you purchase from my store. The discount will be automated during the checkout in most circumstances. Please confirm with us via email if you are unsure of how the system works.
Q:How do I pay for an item that I have won on eBay?
A:We prefer payment via internet bank transfer as this allows us to speed up your order. I also accept Direct Deposit, Money Order. You may send your money order to PO BOX 7085 NOBLE PARK EAST, 3175 DENDENONG, MELBOURNE, VIC, AU please remember to make the cheque payable to CHANCE TRADING PTY LTD.
Q:Where do I send the Money order to?
A:For money order or bank cheques, you may send your it to PO BOX 7085, NOBLE PARK EAST, 3174 MEL, VIC, AU, and please make it payable to CHANCE TRADING PTY LTD please.
Q:How long will it take for postage?
A:We usually ship within 48 hours after receiving full payment. The transit time will depends on the location. Mostly the transit time will be, Victoria: 2-3 days. NSW, SA, ACT, WA: 3-5 days. QLD or TAS: 5 days or more. *These are only for main cities, if you live in an outskirt area, then it may take a longer time.
Q:How is the postage and handling cost calculated?
A:The postage cost is consisted of packaging, handling and postage cost. Before placing your generous bids, you should have clearly read and understood the terms and condition in the listing, when you place your bid you are automatically agreed to pay the listed cost.
Q:When can you leave feedback?
A:Our system will automatically leave you a good feedback after you leave us a positive feedback. It is very important for us to resolve any of your complaints before leaving a neutral or negative feedback. We give GOOD Feedback to every buyer who pays.
Q:How long do I have to pay for an item?
A:In the listing we have stated that payment should be made within 7 days from the end of auction.
Q:What is your Refunds Policy?
A:We do replace the faulty item based upon the receipt of the original item given it is not damaged and is kept in brand new condition, within 7 days after the dispatch. However, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. We will use internet bank transfer to make refunds only if we am unable to replace the faulty item.
Q:Will I need to sign for my item on delivery?
A:Some items (register post) require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave a notice in your letterbox & you can take the notice to your local post office to collect your item. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your item from the post office.
Q:Can i have you bank details?
A:For bank deposit or TT, you may direct deposit to ANZ bank, account holder name is CHANCE TRADING Pty Ltd. and the BSB number is 013165 with account number 258071252. Very importantly, please put either "your ebay item number" or "your ebay ID" as the reference. It may take longer to confirm your payment if the payment has no references to refer.
