Purchased this Madison Beer lip gloss, as granddaughter is obsessed with Madison Beer. Seller advertised she has 5 of this gloss. I was the only purchase. When came time to ship, she wrote asking what of the items she decided to substitute I would like. I think they call this bait & switch. This waited almost a week for them to even attempt to package item for shipment. Seller then writes me that she is not providing the dollar figure I paid, and shorting refund over $1. Would not buy here

I wrote to you that we made mistake in listing, I asked you if you want pictured lipgloss which is color Shimmy, Morphe does not make Madison Beer in color Fairytale, so my question to you was, which one you want,Fairytale or Shimmy.Your answer was , just refund my money.Which I did instantly, Shortage of $1, its taxes collected by Ebay, and Ebay responsibility to add it to my refund, which I am sure that did.Provide excellent customer service they say, can anybody satisfy customers like this?
