We are so enthusiastic about what we make and we love what we do. We design and handcraft everything that you see on here and we are focused on providing high quality Handcrafted Jewellery.  

All of our jewellery is made using very good quality materials to the highest possible standard to ensure that you are as satisfied as much as us with the end product!  We only sell items that we would wear ourselves, so do shop with complete confidence.  We will always aim to deliver the very best jewellery and service that we can. PAYMENTS & POSTAGE

Immediate payment for the item/s ordered please. Paypal Only.

All jewellery items are usually dispatched within 2 working days via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.

Most orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, sometimes sooner, except for Bank Holidays & extra holidays as & when notified on our eBay Shop website.

Recorded Delivery Signed For & the Special Delivery Next Day Services for UK are also available at extra charges.

Special Delivery Next Day Service - can only be offered Mondays to Thursdays, as Royal Mail charge a lot more if a parcel is to be delivered on a Saturday. When requesting Special Delivery Next Day service please do bear in mind jewellery orders have to processed & checked before posting, so therefore these special orders must be placed before 1pm as the last post at our local Post Office is 4pm.

All our handmade jewellery will come presented in very good quality gift boxes (varying sizes) with a pretty organza bag & will be posted in a good quality jiffy padded envelope. The parcels will get posted by different Royal Mail Postal Services (1st Class) e.g. mainly (for the UK) by LARGE LETTER and SMALL PARCEL ( was PACKET) services. (Recorded Delivery Signed For and Special Delivery Next Day if this is requested & paid for) according to the size of the order/s. Airmail & International Signed For for Europe. . . . PLEASE NOTE:- THAT POSTAGE PRICES CHARGED ARE ROYAL MAIL'S CURRENT PRICES FOR THEIR POSTAL SERVICES THAT WE USE TO SEND YOUR ORDERS TO YOU. Extra postage charges (for each additional item ordered) cover costs of total weight of parcel weight and dimension limits within Royal Mail's pricing/charging system.

PROOF OF POSTAGE WILL ALWAYS BE OBTAINED AND KEPT FOR ALL JEWELLERY ORDERS.

Please also note that we, as sellers, cannot be held responsible or liable for delivery times, postal delays or lost parcels with the carriers used. Delivery times etc. are provided by the carrier, excluding weekends & Bank Holidays, & may vary with package destination, particularly during peak periods & Bank Holiday periods. Once posted goods are in the hands of Royal Mail & other Postal/International Postal Services. If a claim has to be made for lost parcels we will happily provide a copy of the proof of postage, if needed.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the item - full refund or exchange will be given if item returned within 14 days of receipt. They must be returned unworn (unused), well packaged & in their original resaleable condition with gift box & organza bag. Buyer is responsible for all return postage costs. Please note that we strongly advise that all returned items should be sent back by Recorded Delivery. You must contact us first before returning any items to us. All items will be quality control checked upon return.
 
 
Please also note that the photographs are not to actual size for the items - they are close up photographs so that we can show you all the gorgeous details of our handcrafted jewellery - so do please check measurements against a ruler/tape measure before purchasing. Multiple Purchases

Pay for the first/highest cost of postage and packaging - then pay only 30p pence (£0.30p) postage and packaging for each additional eligible item purchased, this is dependant on total parcel postal weight & size dimension restrictions.

We will combine postage on multiple purchases but PLEASE ALWAYS REQUEST a total invoice/total price/request total BEFORE actually paying for multiple purchases so that we may charge you or adjust for the correct postage & packaging charges and/or discounts that might be applicable, as the correct amounts are NOT always automatically applied.   All items must be paid for together in one combined invoice. We cannot retrospectively offer these combined postage adjustments if paid for individually.

 Any International orders over £16.00 in value must be sent International Signed For/Tracked which currently will cost £8.80 plus 0.30p (pence) for each additional eligible item purchased (Royal Mail's current charge starts at £8.80 for this service).
